Courier non delivery instantly put right buy Henri

Great company

I ordered 3 items from Carscope, but only 2 arrived in the post.

I contacted Henri and explained the problem and I received the missing item 3 working days later.

Very good product and very well working

I received a partial refund nearly 2 weeks after placing my order with no explanation, and no reply to my email asking why. The item missing is for sale on the website so can’t be out of stock. The delivery arrived after more than 2 weeks and 1 out of the 3 remaining products was incorrect, another email sent to notify of this but still no reply. Great products, but poor execution and abysmal communication.

Great products at a good price

I’ve purchased a few items from carscope . I will continue too. The quality is paramount with them & they won’t let poor quality slip through. Quality though & though.

I placed an order in December 2024 for items which were showing in stock and apart from a reply in January to say the item's aren't in stock anymore, I've heard and got nothing and can't get a reply anymore. Read the 1 star reviews before buying

Raised an issue regarding incorrect items sent. Eventually received some emails apologising and stating correct items would be dispatched the next day. This was on the 18/06/25 its now the 25/06/25 still nothing. I bought these on the back of a youtube review. I’m sure the items are good. Getting the correct items first or even second time not so much

Maybe old stock but still brilliant quality kit for bargain price

I ordered two items, both showing as in stock, in January. After a couple of weeks I had not received the items or any communication. I chased via email and text a number of times and eventually was advised that one of the items was out of stock. I agreed to wait for it and have the other item sent straight away. Over the next few months I chased when the item would be delivered but communication was sporadic. Eventually after a number of missed deadlines I asked for a refund which I got in May. Whilst the item I received was good quality the experience was poor and I am put off ordering again.

Poor communication, doesn’t reply to emails or answer the phone. Messaged him on Instagram to tell him that I didn’t receive a reply, received false promises to reply to my email. Good products but always out of stock and never replies to emails makes it worse.

Lovley company to deal with. Acted promptly when we received the wrong order.

havent sent out a dispensing tap with a can of one of their products. impossible to pour it out without lossing it now. doesnt respond to emails. again using them and having a bad experience. do not reccomend

Very poor service indeed, will not be using this company again. Does not answer their phone or reply to their emails with any priority.

Great products but communication is poor, they don't a contact number to resolve problems which is most times as still waiting for equipment and only part of my order

It took 3 weeks for my item to be dispatched and two emails!

Order #4881 ordered on 08/04/2025 (money taken straight away) and also emailed a product query - NO REPLY to that. A few days later, the order hadn't been dispatched (spent £122 - according to the site that's next day DHL delivery), no status update or reply to my query. I sent a 2nd email asking for a status update - NO REPLY. I'd now entered the carscope zone of silence that so many others have routinely experienced.

The following week, with the level of aggravation being caused by carscammer's shenanigans getting higher, I sent a 3rd email - this time I got a response from Henri saying that they were out of stock of one item (why not be transparent about that from the outset) and said they'd have stock in a week. Two weeks later, I didn't have my order, no update, so sent a 4th email - NO REPLY.

After 3 weeks, sent a 5th email making clear (in polite terms) what I thought about the shockingly bad service, and said that I wanted a refund. The outcome - REFUND NOT PROCESSED, and NO REPLY to my email.

On 29/04/2025 order dispatched as if I'd never sent the previous email (not a first - read the other reviews).

Look at the 1 star reviews. They are not people nitpicking or expecting the earth - just people like me who've haven't received anything like the basic service other companies deliver day in/day out.

The 5 star reviews are highly suspect - nobody repeatedly gives people service this bad alongside 5 star service.

This Henri can't be taken at his word - if you can get a word out of him!
