I went into the preston Road Brighton store on Monday and ordered a new chest freezer that I had seen online. A friendly chap on the desk ordered the freezer for me and arranged for delivery today (Wednseday). Today two strong chaps delivered my freezer to my flat. Packaging all removed and ready to plug and use. The two chaps installed the freezer into the space that I had cleared for it. It was a tight squeeze and there is no way I could have done it myself. So big thanks to the delivery guys and to the chap at the shop that ordered it for me. Really pleased with the product which is almost ready for my first froozen food delivery. I will definitely use Carters again for my kitchen appliences. Thank you. JC

Didn't break the bank either - they price match the big retailers, so I saved some cash. I bought all my white goods and a Samsung TV from them, and I couldn't be happier. I recently ordered a washing machine from Carters in Hayward Heath. The service was excellent. I chose to have my old washing machine removed & the new on installed. My utility room is tiny but the delivery man had no problem at all. Was extremely helpful & cheery. I wouldn’t use any other company for my electrical goods

We appreciated the advice and recommendations given to us by the two friendly members of staff. It really helped us to make the right choice about which washing machine to purchase.

 Went to Carter’s last week to look at washer dryers, go to Simon who was very helpful and professional, he advised the machine I required was in stock and they could install and deliver deliver the 18th February.
The guys delivering called me to advise they were on their way, Adam the fitter was very helpful very professional and Toby who came with him was also very helpful.
They made sure everything was working correctly tidied up & took away all the rubbish.
Would certainly recommend Carter’s friendly professional helpful everything you want from purchasing two installation.

Exceptional Service. Carters replaced my dishwasher for me. After a friendly call I was told they had the exact one in stock and they would install it the next day. It arrived as promised with two friendly and efficient men, the old one was removed and the new one up and running before 10am!

The service was very good and helpful as I needed to order an appliance but did not want it delivered for 2 months. it was delivered when arranged in a timely manor.

Ordered dishwasher on line Was contacted by phone to arrange delivery and installation. Installed it in Christmas eve. Took away the old machine and all packaging.
Great machine. Even our 5 and 7 year olds can stack it. Husband says it's the best thing since sliced bread! Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable service.
