Speed of service and quality of case excellent

I have used you previously and received a great service. But I was in a hurry so ordered some case foam from a well known web shop. When it arrived it was vacuum packed and never expanded, so I returned it and came to you. Your product was bigger, better and cheaper. I am very pleased and have learnt a lesson!

I had a web chat with a member of staff who was really helpful. I also got an email shortly afterwards informing me of an item coming back into stock. The order I placed was delivered really quickly. They couldn't have done anything more.

The product was as described, and posted off in good time. It was also an excellent price.

Value Quality

Paid for next day delivery late on Wednesday so expected Friday as I needed the secure case for a job on Friday. Case arrived Monday. I made a complaint and was offered discount of next ordered. I refused this and asked for a full refund on the postage. Was told via email they would look into this. Sent another email for an update. I have heard nothing for 5days. Poor customer service hence low score. Case is great, just want my postage refunded.

This is joke company, before pay product is available but after pay you have to waiting over 2 months for delivery because is out of stock.

I purchased a Large Aluminium Flight Hard Case from this Company on Ebay (Item #393588970168) which arrived damaged on the 23/12/21. Despite responding to me about a return very quickly they actually did nothing to process the return and they just left it to me to start an Ebay claim. This process is painfully slow and so it took from 23rd to 31st Dec to just get thing sent back on it's way to them.

The returned item was received by seller on the 06/01/22 and they should have sent a refund within 48 hours under Ebay policy but I heard nothing from them until they sent me a message on the 10/01/22 telling me they were short staffed and that they would send a refund in 3-5 days! I chased the refund through the claims process and finally Ebay stepped in and refund was sorted by Ebay on 11th Jan 22.

This company does nothing to deal with returns on Ebay. They leave it all for the customer to claim through Ebay's automated process and drag it out as long as they can. Throughout the process I received four messages from them but they've not actually taken any action themselves to progress the return/refund - if they were genuine about dealing with returns it can all be processed from their seller hub with a few clicks of the mouse (I am a seller myself so well aware of the processes) and the complete process would have taken a fraction of the time it did. If the company are genuinely short of staff it would have taken less to have proactively actioned the return and refund themselves rather than sending 4 excuse messages.

On the subject of the case (one of their own brand ROC cases), despite being described as aluminium they are NOT Aluminium. They have only aluminium edging and all of the panels are made from plastic coated hardboard and are not anything like as sturdy as they are made out to be. Cases and Enclosures are entitled to one star as they are polite .... they are not however any good at sorting out issues.

Second order from C&E. Faultless experience start to finish. Pleasant helpful lady took order, arrived smack on time by very pleasant dpd man, great quality items, excellent value. In this day and age can only say; Hallelujah.

Are they closed on Mondays ,I've not had a e mail or message via Facebook since I ordered last night

Highly recommended based on an excellent customer service team and reasonably priced products. Stock levels are not always ideal but given the pandemic, you can excuse them for that. This is one of the few companies where I've found that they put the customer first, with prompt responses and helpful information.

A wide range of cases and er.... coverings to protect your stuff from clumsiness.
Sensible price point and very quick delivery despite the pandemic.
