Cash For Your Gold Reviews

Had a call within 24 hours of sending my jewellery. Permission given to cut some jewellery- money in my account the same day. Excellent service.

Simplicity, honesty and reliability.Follow the process and you can't fail. Gold items with details sent as instructed on day 1. Day 2 received phone call from Luke confirming receipt of package and
gave quote as expected. Money in bank by 15:00 on day 2.

Great service,great prices,well trusted buyer

Have used this company for years and is the only company I recommend to friends & family. Definitely the best prices and no nonsense.

Excellent quote that was far more favourable than local high street premises. Process could not be any simpler or quicker. Very happy all round.

On line process very easy, a telephone query was dealt with promptly. The price quoted was the price paid, items sent per their advice, next day and insured. I was contacted within a couple of hours of their receipt, the offer was exactly as expected, I accepted and received the money within a couple of hours.
In this day and age with some questionable internet companies, this was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend this company.

I obtained an online quote for some unwanted gold - I sent it off thinking they wouldn't actually offer the quote, but they did! Very polite gentleman, he didn't make any silly offers hoping I was desperate. Once I agreed to sell, their payment was super quick. Having had a previously bad experience with a different company, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Cash For Your Gold.

Really efficient, nice to deal with and definitely use them again thanks

I had a good offer for gold in just over 24 hours from posting.
I spoke to a professional person who told me exactly what would happen and money in my account the same day.
More gold being sent tomorrow for valuation and selling

Simple, straightforward accurate pricing and super fast.

Absolutely spot on experience. I weighed my scrap gold (broken bracelet, broken ring and old earrings) then sent them off with the estimate I obtained from their online calculator. I'd rounded the figure down but they were honest and paid me the going rate (more than what I was expecting.) All in all, it was a smooth, quick transaction. I sent my gold off on a Wednesday morning and the money was in my bank by 4 o'clock the next day. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I don’t really leave reviews but I must say a few words about this company. The communication and politeness and professionalism has been perfect. I have to admit at first the offer was less than what I thought but after speaking with the manager, she could not do enough and when I am ready to sell some more gold this is where I will be going. Excellent. You will not be disappointed. Great job!

The second time I have used the service of cash For Your Gold and both times have been brilliant. Sent item on day one after receiving quote, received by them on day two and acknowledged. A few hours later items tested and offer made. A couple of hours later money in bank.
I absolutely cannot fault the service and will hopefully deal with you again. I have recommended you to friends and colleagues.

Even though I'd read excellent reviews before deciding to post my scrap gold I was still a little sceptical that I would receive the estimated value. Well I needn't have been.. Luke rang me and offered the full amount which was transferred almost immediately to my account. Very fast and it's great to find a company that provides exactly the service it advertised. Highly recommended

Very quick easy transaction once they receive item good price payed communication needs met due to me working they was happy to email me.

This is a great service to sell your unwanted gold. I filled out a simple form online, received a great valuation and the next day payment was sent to my bank account. They paid me exactly what the valued my gold at. Very happy customer and would use again. Customer service is very friendly as well.

Excellent 5 star service, was so easy and such a great turn around. Sent jewellery yesterday using Royal Mail Special Delivery. I had a phone call from Luke this afternoon offering a great price for my unwanted gold jewellery. I accepted the offer and money is already in my bank account. Wow! Would highly recommend and will definitely refer them to friends and family. Thank you so much.

I was very pleased with the excellent service from beginning to end. The phone was answered quickly. The process for selling unwanted gold is straight forward. I shopped around and CFYG were offering the best price for 20 grams of 9 carat gold. The items were posted on Thursday and I received a call on Friday with the valuation and the cash was transferred to my bank account on the same day.

The process is really straightforward. The day after I sent my gold to them l had a phone call to discuss the valuation, and the money was in my account within minutes. Highly recommended.

Great service
Good prices paid
