SCAM
Be aware:
I posted fully working 50 inch TV, very good condition, original box (video recorded packaging process and sealing). The courier and the Freepost/collection are predetermined as a default by the company (intentional no insurance protection).
Instead of receiving £100, my TV was classed by them as broken/damaged screen, total payout £0.
Summary: There is no insurance on any items you send them unless you are willing to pay for the postage yourself. If you decide to have your damaged item returned, you have to pay for it too.
What a great environment for scamming people.
PS. Be ready to receive an explanation, they tried to contact you through the website to tell you they received damaged item. So basically you have to login every day to check for messages as they can appear anytime without a valid date stamp ( history of messages is shown with today's date).
