DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
This is a terrible company that has very poor exchange rates - even with the 'foreign currency fee' the bank charges you're much better off just using your credit card. Then there is the unreliability - we were in Singapore and the cards just stopped working altogether. We ended up having to use other forms of payments when we had Singapore dollars sitting in this account that we could not get to. Phoned two times from Singapore (to UK number because they don't have toll free numbers in many countries at all) to try to get them working was told both times that they would get back to us - two weeks later we are back home and hopping mad - we still do not have a resolution. We will have convert the Singapore dollars back to NZ dollar and loose on their terrible exchange rate to pay off our credit card that we had to use - this means we loose out again on this transaction! And it is still not resolved!
