Would not recommend there sold me a Honda civic sports with a worn down…,. clutch issue the clutch’ want with just a week of driving it the warranty..,, refused to clover it cause’ apparently that caused by wear n tire… all this should have being…, checked before I showed up to pick it up…, I tried speaking to the dealership there hang up on me n told me there way gonna call me back… I needed the car so bad that I hard pay for it myself to get it fixed…. You try to help out small business n this is the thank you get ffs….

Recently, I bought a car from Castlefield, and I must say the overall experience was fantastic and very smooth. This is the second car purchased within our friends’ group in the last year, which itself speaks volumes about the trust and confidence we have in them.
We took our own time to select the car, and there was no pressure or rush from the management team, which we really appreciated. They have a great stock of quality cars—low mileage, well maintained—and on top of that, an excellent in‑house garage with skilled technicians who take care of anything that may need attention.
The deal was very flexible and tailored to my requirements, with good finance options available. After the purchase, they provided a full year’s MOT and a 6‑month comprehensive warranty, which gave us real peace of mind.
There are a couple of minor areas for improvement—mainly the vehicle valeting. In my case, I had to bring forward the delivery date, and due to the short notice, this was missed at the last moment. However, I am confident this will be addressed when I revisit.
Several colleagues from my office have already shown interest and are planning to visit the Castlefield showroom soon.
Overall, I 100% recommend Castlefield—definitely worth a visit to explore their options.

Got a car on finance had it for two…
Got a car on finance had it for two day's and the engine management light came on they responded quickly to get it sorted out and they had it for nearly a week got it back and the second day of driving it it happened again and now expect me to pay for it to be checked out and even refusing to answer my messages and calls avoid at all cost

My Daughter bought a BMW 2 Series,turns out it had been in a accident and patched up,6 months Warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on,approved garages couldn’t do the work and Castlefield ignored my calls and emails……so be warned,do not go near!
