Cayzer Real Estate Reviews

thanks for your agency excellent approach and very polite staff.
i have had always very quick respond from you .

Hi Changed the dining room table around and sold the place next day

I have used Cayzer for approximately 15 years to rent out our property and did not have any hesitation in contacting them to also sell our property. They have always courteous and very thorough and obliging. Would definitely recommend them.

Worked hard to sell my property for a good price. It took a while but the end result was pleasing. I always knew where I stood and knew they were working for me not just to get a sale.

Cayzer Real Estate are absolutely professional, have deep knowledge of the local market which is essential and listen and act on what you as the client want. I am pleased to recommend them and I would use them again.

Cayzer Real Estate were a joy to work with in a testing time. They were always polite and never pushed but accommodated our requests. They kept us informed re inspection results etc and obtained an excellent auction result.

We had a seamless selling experience with Cayzer. Honest, upfront and delivered results well above our expectations!

We have been most happy with the services provided by Cayzer Real Estate over the years. They have dealt with problems associated with tenants or maintenance promptly and efficiently. The team at Cayzer Real Estate have always provided very good advice in negotiating a new lease or renewal of lease.

I have never had any issues with Cayzer Real Estate managing my property.

I would recommend this company to anyone without reservations for excellent service

Cayzer has been excellent in managing my property. They sent rental statements on time. They get onto any repair issues straight away. They helped with insurance. They provided good advice about renting my property.

A very ‘personalised’ & attention to detail buying experience.

Great support and advice over many years.

A friendly and helpful team, as potential buyers, Cayzer stood out as the most approachable and trustworthy team in the area.
After a very long search mainly due to personal reasons, we eventually purchased our home via Cayzer which made us all the more happy since the deal ended with the team we appreciated most and who, by and large, tried the hardest to accommodate our preferences.
Special mention for Geoff Cayzer and his personal effort in getting our purchase over the line at a difficult and important time for us, and subsequent assistance through to settlement with the least hassle.

The expertise of the team at Cayzer is second to none. Advice pre-sale and then throughout the campaign was excellent, and in my opinion a game changer. The relationship established worked so well and I relied on it heavily. The ability to work with me and all prospective purchasers was highly valued. Selling can be very stressful, but Cayzer managed to take the worry out of it for me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Every thing was faultles

Very professional and most important very honest

This is the best in 3205/3206/3207.
We have lived in the area for 40 years and have utilised Cayzer both selling and buying.
They really know the area, are meticulously honest, realistic , constructive and personable. They do noy gild the lily but give sound tactical advice based on their deep experience. As auctioneers, they are without peer and amusing to boot!

Caysers sold our house in 2016. I would recommend them to anyone.
They were honest, helpful and very reassuring at a very stressful time.
Nothing was too much trouble. A job well done.
