Brilliant safari in SA at Thornybush
The team at Caz+Loyd (in particular Annie) were so helpful and transparent in organizing the most incredible trip to Thornybush Lodge. We were a relatively large party and the whole experience ran seamlessly.

Absolutely brilliant trip to Tanzania…
Absolutely brilliant trip to Tanzania arranged by Helen and the team at Cazenove & Loyd. The logistics worked seamlessly which made the travel totally hassle free. The two safari lodges and an island stay at the end were amazing - we wanted to get away from the crowds and we did! Nothing was too much trouble for the team on the ground, particularly the safari guides, which made for an amazing ten days. I couldn’t recommend Caz & Loyd more highly.

What a fantastic trip we had to Costa…
What a fantastic trip we had to Costa Rica, thanks to Caroline and everyone at Cazenove+Loyd. Everything organised for us the whole way. We were there for just 10 days and they certainly put us in the best places for the best introduction to a wonderful country. Fantastic!
From start to finish, everything was taken care of by Claire for our recent family trip to Morocco. Each detail was handled precisely, and itinerary planning was easy and thoughtful. The quality of the accommodations was incredible, and service providers (drivers, guides, etc.) on the ground were on-time and a pleasure to be with. We had a wonderful time. Will definitely use casenove+loyd again.

I can highly recommend asking Auriole Potter @ Casanove & Loyd to put together your next holiday. She did an exceptional job not once, but twice organising the most spectacular holidays for us in India. She took our brief and created a superb two weeks of glorious hotels, luxury camps, palace visits & sightseeing & delicious food. Wonderful family holiday
Six of us enjoyed a very well organised trip to Argentina. We visited four locations over 12 days so lots of logistics but everything worked out incredibly well thanks to C&L. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end.
We had a spectacular trip to Vietnam and Cambodia arranged by Cazenove + Loyd.

Fantastic tour of Rajasthan seeing Jaipur, jodhpur and udaipur, all arranged with driver and local guides and an itinerary which matched our interests. India is a fascinating country but it certainly helps to have expertise on the arrangements so you make the most of it and don’t get ensnared in unforeseen issues.

Cazenove and Loyd …India trip to Rajasthan
Cazenove and Loyd organised a great trip for 4 of us to go to India - we stayed in some stunning places in Rajasthan and were looked after every step of the way. He had our own driver throughout and excellent guides in various locations .
I would not hesitate to recommend them for a tailor made trip. Always a great experience.

Fantastic Mexican Honeymoon
Caroline at Cazenove & Lloyd helped us plan our honeymoon to Mexico, to tie in with the Day of the Dead festival. Caroline recommended both the places to visit, places to stay, tours and activities. In Mexico City we did a fantastic street food tour (Eat Mexico), hot air balloon ride over the Teotihuacan ruins and saw the Lucha Libre wrestling, all on Caroline's recommendations. In Oaxaca City we got fully immersed in Day of the Dead, including visiting a local home and a cemetry.
Cazenove & LLoyd offered us lots of flexibility as we wanted to hire a car and go 'off itinerary' for a bit and worked around our budget. To have the peace of mind that everything was arranged, including transfers really meant we could enjoy our honeymoon. We had a ground agent called Mario who would regularly check in and sort things, including how to navigate in a potential hurricane and road block! Mario was super helpful.
All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely use Cazenove & Lloyd again.

It worked like clockwork from the…
It worked like clockwork from the minute we stepped off the plane to leaving our magnificent hotel Manzana Kemplinski in Havana .
Punctuality to perfection all the way.
Our specialist guides on tours in and outside the old city we’re very knowledgeable and informative , bringing the character and history of this fascinating island vividly into our minds in a warm manner and the classic American cars put us well in the mood.
However , the star of this spectacular show was our full time guide / carer and now close friend, Alejandro, a 35 year old Cuban , proud of his beloved country and also full of deep knowledge of its history and worldly affairs spoken in fluent English. Nothing was too much trouble for this attentive thoughtful young man 24/7.
Thanks to all who arranged and looked after us so well on this truly memorable experience . David & Felicity

The itinerary was designed appropriately to our interests and objectives. The hotel choice was correct bar one in Saigon being more business than old colonial. Within the active itinerary there were chosen days of R&R in good tranquil settings.

Second Vacation as Good as First
This was our second vacation through C&L and it was as spectacular and beautifully planned as the first. Always perfect properties and top notch guides. But this time, thanks to a small injury, we also learned how great it is to have their team on our side when things don't go as planned. Great communication and connections on the ground allowed us to continue our vacation without missing a beat.
