I placed an order on 9/12/26, my card was charged on 9/14/26, and my order has not delivered as of 10/5/26. This is supposedly shipping from AL to NC. I have contacted Ciera on social media (3x), I have used the email on the website (2x) with no response. I've looked my order up and it states it doesn't exist, I've looked the tracking number up on the site, and it doesn't exist. I looked the tracking number up on USPS and it shows the label was made, but nothing was dropped off. This is the worst experience I've ever had with customer service, and I will be contacting my credit card today to try and get a refund.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Never got my order(from May). BUYER BEWARE- SCAMMER!

1. You will most likely never get your order.
2. If you are one of the very few that actually get anything from her, it will most likely be the wrong items.
I ordered July 19th, got a package today. I ordered 2 band bonnets, I got 3 of the tie ones and none are even the right color or pattern.
Multiple emails and messages were never answered or acknowledged. Do not waste your money!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchase august 1st never sent and I was blocked from her fb pages when I asked where my order was.

Took over a month to ship only to receive a note stating she was all out of the hello kitty bonnets and sent two ugly prints in its stead. No way to get a refund and no customer service. There was no conversation about what it could be replaced with. She is a scammer. Advertises cute prints and then sends out some ugly print no one wants. I don’t believe she ever had those prints in stock to begin with.

I ordered 4 bonnets on 8/08/26 and it is 9/19/26 and still have not received anything. This is the 2nd time that I have ordered from this company and only waited three weeks the first time so, giving them grace is giving me a $73.00 whole in my pocket. They have a no refund policy but I WANT MY BONNET'S. Make me whole again and fix this. I'm tired of waiting for something that should take over a month plus to get to me, it took you minutes for you to take my money. Yet I'm still waiting..... They were a birthday gift and I had to spend more money on to get some else on.....SMH

I’ve tried reaching them multiple times through email, Facebook and Instagram regarding an order I paid for but never received.

I’ve also noticed that I have now been blocked on Instagram, which is especially concerning given that I’ve been trying to resolve this issue very peacefully and professionally.

I have been more than patient and have made several attempts to communicate but I have not received a response or any resolution.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! You will just end up having to dispute the charge because all she does is take your money and never sends you anything. I placed an order on 6/27/26 and as of 9/10/26 the item was never sent and I had to dispute the charge. Save yourself the time and headache & just order from Amazon

I purchased a bonnet on 8/17/26. A shipping label was created according to USPS in Tuscaloosa, AL, and then nothing. No further updates. Her website states shipping will be 7-14 business days and I am well past that. I have emailed this business with zero response. I have openly complained on this business' social media as well. I have now disputed the transaction with my bank, and filed a fraud complaint with the BBB. Buyer beware with this business. It has a lot of complaints for this same issue.

No product and no communication. My order was marked as shipped but never recieved. Absolutely NO communication even though I emailed two different email addresses that are provided. One kept bouncing back as undeliverable and the other was just ignored. Same with trying to message them through fb. Absolutely no response. Just crickets.

Placed an order over a month ago. Listed as shipped but comes up at label printed, USPS awaiting item. Multiple emails sent with no reply.

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order and was supplied a fake shipping label but never received the product I ordered.
Numerous emails and social media messages got no response.
This is a fraudulent company!

Items ordered, got a tracking number, USPS never received it, called/emailed/facebook messenger to inquire about the order, never received any communication from them, ended up have to do a charge back on my credit card....sad

Great message, shiesty business practices. Placed my order 7/22, shipping label created on the 28th and nothing since. Tried all forms of her preferred requested communication and no response. Called my financial institute to dispute the charge and was refunded the next day. Perhaps instead of posting 5011 videos a day put some hustle in that bustle and get some orders shipped for those still waiting.

I'm happy with the bonnet, but the customer service is awful. It took almost 2 months to receive my item and I had to go through PayPal and request a refund before they responded and sent the product.

I ordered a bonnet on 7/6/2026. I have not received it so I emailed twice and made a comment on their Facebook page. Zero response. I was so excited to get one of her bonnets and am now just disappointed. I won't try to order from her again.

I ordered on July 16th. I was notified on July 22nd that a shipping label was created. As of August 6th, the post office still has not received the package. I have tried to contact the company about my order three times through 2 different platforms (their website and their FB page messages) and have not been responded to in any way.

Purchased a BONNET on 06 July did not receive item. Have made contact and still NO product. THIS IS A SCAM ! STAY AWAY FROM SHOPIFY IT PERPETRATORS OF SCAMS! WARNING WARNING!

Terrible! I ordered three bonnets from them on July 6th. They did not ship for weeks, and didn’t arrive to me until July 27th. During this time I reached out to them via the submission form on the website, and via email, to inquire about my shipping status. They did not respond. Upon receipt of my package, I discovered that one of my items was incorrect - I ordered a cow print and got a bonnet that says “All That” instead. I have emailed them 6 times, and submitted three forms on their website. I also submitted to the Shop platform that there was an issue with the order, but have heard nothing back.

I’ve been wearing the other bonnets I ordered, and they don’t stay on my head very well, and slip off in my sleep despite being tied properly.
