After a year of having the phone they were kind enough to replace the phone for me after it had stopped charging because of a battery issue but that was my fault for using cheap chargers rather than reliable big brand ones. Knocked a star off for each wrong phone they sent me. I ordered a Samsung galaxy A21s 128G model. Which should have 6g ram. They sent me the cheaper A21 model with only 32G and 2g ram. 12 bucks and a few weeks later they sent me an A21s but only 32G storage and 3g ram. I called apparently they don't have the 128g model. So because they advertised a phone they don't have I could pay another 12 bucks to sent it back for a refund or they can refund the difference. I chose the difference so I am only out 12 bucks instead of 24. I feel this is bate and switch how many people do they send cheaper models to who don't check the specifications before its to late?

Luckily AT&T responded quick with an unlock code. Careful what you buy here, they don't seem entirely knowledgeable about the products they sell themselves.
