The case for my phone fits perfectly and it exactly as I wanted. Also ordered a longer cable. A car charger was included at no extra charge. With shipping, order was well under $20. In these times, it did take a little longer, but I'm happy and will return for future needs.

I ordered two cellphone cases for 5$ total. The shipping amount was not indicated anywhere.
After I placed the order, I was charged 7 dollars for shipping! This is scam

Their service is horrible i placed order for almost a week now and they still in process I requested to cancel my order and all i receive is automated respond system. Stay away from them.

Ordered a Galaxy S10 case, but they sent the S10 5g, which is a different size. Try to return it ("No hassle returns for 90 days!)- impossible. They dont respond to their email system. Ever. They send you an autoemail that says they got your email, but do nothing about it. WIll never order from them again. Horrible service.

Ordered a cell phone case almost 2 weeks ago, according to the website it is still just ordered and not fulfilled yet but says they ship the product out with in 2-3 days. Tried emailing them multiply times with no response back and both phone numbers are disconnected. Guess i just take the loss of money but i will never buy from them again

Never had such terrible service. I placed an order exactly one week ago today for only one item. I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation and have not even gotten a reply to my email requests. Today I read the reviews which are mostly identical to mine with the exception of maybe one who probably works for Cellular Outfitters. I guess I’ll try to get my money back too.

I got exactly what I ordered with no hassles and it was very timely. I've since made the same order with the same result. Thanks Cellular Outfitter for helping me land accessories for my phones!

I purchased a phone case. They charged my $4.99 shipping which the site doesn't show as the total until you accept the transaction. Ok, whatever. Two weeks go by, no shipping confirmation, no order number, but a charge on my credit card. I try canceling 3 times. The 3rd time I get a response saying they apologies and a refund would be issued. Its2 been over a week and no refund. Guess I'll eat the loss of about $17. Not worth more headache.

It took them a while to ship my cases, emailed them a few times but no reply!! Finally received my order and the little diamonds are falling out of one of them after only a week. The charger they sent doesn’t even fit my iPhone!!! I won’t be ordering from them again!!!

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive my stuff. Tried getting ahold of customer service and nothing!!!

What a joke. Ordered couple cases and received the confirm email. 3-5 days shipping. Never received my order. Contacted multiple times and never received a answer. They got their money i never got my stuff.. Must be a scam. Tried using some words to express how irritated I am but this review board won't let me put them in.

I have sat with this company for a while. On April 23 I emailed the company to get order status on my purchase. In which I received a reply back from Annette In which she stated that my order had not been sent out I asked her to refund my money she said it was no problem I still have not yet received my money. I have emailed Annette three days in a row and have not gotten a response.

screen protectors i hve bought have broke before i even got them on phone i have sent in feedback both times

Horrible company. My 8 year old son got a hold of my phone & placed an order of $14.75 in merchandise PLUS $32.81 IN SHIPPING charges. Totalling $47.56. I immediately emailed the company requesting the order please be cancelled and filled a contact us form out only to get generic automated email response every time. It's been 4 days. 7 attempts on my behalf imploring them to please cancel the ridiculous order (at least the outrageous shipping costs) that my underage son had no right to order. Seems this company gives no regard to their customers or families, just to the profit they can make deceiving people...

I placed an order, gave estimated shipping 3-5 business days. I received a confirmation email of my order but no shipping date. Took 3 emails to get a response from them but still no shipping date . I'm contacting my bank to report fraudulent charge on my card. If they are having problems filling and shipping orders they should post it on their website or at least stay in contact with the purchasers.

I never received my shipment. The customer service number is dead.

Never ever again.
