My experience with Century Financial started with an initial investment of $10,000 and was positive in the beginning, with some early profits. However, the situation became significantly more challenging after I increased my investment with additional funds, particularly during periods of market volatility and when I attempted to withdraw money.

I was assigned an investment advisor, Tushar Sharma, and a relationship manager, Kajal Dixit, who were my main points of contact. During critical moments, I sometimes found communication to be delayed, which made it difficult to make timely and informed decisions.

When I initiated a withdrawal, I received multiple calls and messages encouraging me to reconsider, often highlighting market risks and timing concerns. From my perspective, these interactions felt persistent and added pressure during an already stressful period.

Over approximately three months, I incurred losses of around $45,000 in my CFD account. Even after this, I continued to receive communication from the relationship manager regarding new investment opportunities, which I personally found difficult given the recent losses.

During discussions, alternative investment options were sometimes discouraged, and comparisons with other investment avenues were presented in a way that did not align with my expectations of balanced financial guidance.

I also had concerns regarding costs and charges associated with my account. At times, I found it difficult to clearly understand how spreads, fees, and holding charges were being applied, as they appeared to change over time. On some occasions, after I raised questions, these charges were adjusted, but I did not always receive a clear explanation for the changes, which made it difficult to fully understand the overall fee structure.

Additionally, I did not receive a referral bonus that I was expecting after referring a contact, despite following up on it multiple times.

Overall, this experience highlighted for me the importance of clear communication, transparency around fees, and ensuring that advisory support aligns with one’s expectations—particularly during withdrawals and periods of market uncertainty.

Unfortunately, the trades on my account quickly resulted in significant losses, and my entire investment was gone in under 4 months. The fees charged by the broker were also exorbitantly high and one of the highest I have ever come across.

I later obtained official records from India showing serious allegations against the agent. This raised major concerns about the credibility of those managing my investments.

Despite multiple requests, Century has not provided the detailed trade records I specifically asked for. Based on my personal experience, I recommend that potential investors thoroughly verify all parties before committing funds.

I contacted Century Financial because I was interested in trading under their UAE license, which is well-known and respected. However, I was disappointed to learn that they only offer UAE-regulated accounts to individuals who have a valid UAE residence visa. This wasn’t clearly mentioned upfront, which led to some wasted time and effort.

That said, they do provide an offshore account option for clients who are not UAE residents. While it’s good that this option exists, it doesn’t offer the same regulatory strength or appeal as a locally regulated account.

The support team was professional and quick to respond, but I wish the eligibility requirements were clearly communicated from the start.

If you're looking specifically for a UAE-regulated trading account, make sure you have valid UAE residency. Otherwise, ask for full details about the offshore account before proceeding.

Having entrusted Century Financial with my investments, I was assigned an advisor named Kunal. Regrettably, the advice and guidance I received led to the complete loss of my investment capital, amounting to $15,000. This outcome underscores a fundamental principle that all investors must recognize: ultimately, you are responsible for your own financial decisions. Blind trust in any advisor, regardless of the institution they represent, can have severe financial consequences.
Furthermore, my experience revealed a lack of transparency regarding the fees associated with holding investments. I was not informed of these "holding charges" either before or during the investment process. The absence of clear and upfront communication about all potential costs is a significant concern for any investor.
While this is a personal account, it serves as a stark reminder of the necessity for investors to:

I am writing down my personal experience I had with century financial UAE, If you are planning to open an account or invest with century financial please read it till the end and I really hope it would help someone.
When I opened my account I was alloted a relationship manager with whom I was supposed to co-ordinate and based on my investments I even received a personal adviser who was supposed to help me invest, I said my advicer" I don't want to take up risky trades all I want is to gradually get returns on my investments even if it is a small returns or even if I don't trade for days it's not a problem but we will only take up trades which are not risky or trades which doesn't risk my capital" I had no much knowledge about trading.. My advicer assured me and promised me that everything is gonna be ok and he had 10 years of experience of helping people like me.
Initially the trading part went well after which my advicer came to me asking for more investment which I did not entertain. Later he asked me to buy a bunch of trades after which I started seeing drastic drop and losses in my trade and capital. Speaking to my relationship manager I understood all the trades I had placed was a edgy trade and most of the trade had no hopes to recover. I observed the pattern in few of the trades where he had bought and sold the same trade at the same time in such case the trade will head in one direction and the other trade in the opposite direction would be in loss and century financial will charge you on a daily basis for holding on to a trade by getting into such shallow trades I have been in such trades for months just benefitting century financial and I have lost a lot of capital I have almost lost $14,889 which is roughly AED 54,000. My RM just vanished after which I got to know he had resigned and my advicer adviced me to pump in more capital for which I denied. In my case I lost this money because I trusted Century financial UAE and the advisor. My suggestion would be Trade only if you have your own knowledge in trading and you know what you are getting into. Thank you.

I had signed up with Century Financial to help me start my journey as an investor. I informed them clearly that I have long term and short term goals to save for my daughter Uni fees and then my retirement.
And they assured me that the investment advisors will recommend trades that will help me achieve this. I transferred savings from last 3 years to their account to start trading.
advisors gave me instructions to trade, when I asked what this is for and how it will help me, they gave me vague answers and asked me to just take the trades.
when I asked advisor about long term portfolio building trades she was clueless and pawned me off to someone else or ignored completely.

long story short - today the value of my account is 7%-8% of what I had started with, lost 92% of my savings, leave alone savings they even wiped out what I had managed to save in 3 years.

They should have taken my requirements into account and carefully developed an investment plan to meet my needs and assigned advisors who were capable to helping build my future savings.
