Brilliant service by Sharanjit quick and efficient.

I ordered 5 teas today at 23:30 the gentleman that I spoke with his name was miraj he was quite rude at first he placed our order wrong, he then refused us from having a slice of cake as he said the cake counter closes at 23:30 but the teas remain open till 0:00 I said to him when placing the order over the phone that we wanted cake he agreed over the phone initially but when we got there before 0:00 he blatantly refused and said the desert section is closed from 23:30 and all the locals are aware of that, I said I am from Oxford and not local he didn't even apologise to me, he said it in a quite harsh and blunt way when I placed the order over the phone if you don't get here before 0:00 then you will lose the teas as well as the cake when he brought the tea to us it was cold so I told him to reheat all of them which he did he was not polite at all and didn't represent chaiwala as a professional at one point I wanted to say to him call it a day and give our money back but thought I would go down the professional route that is appaling and disgusting behaviour coming from miraj my contact telephone number is 07999 336 999 I am more than happy to discuss in depth and further details of the whole incident as this is just a taster of what I am complaining,
I would urge chaiwala to look I to this individual and if he lacks in certain training to grant him the appropriate training and then stand him on the forefront to serve customers.

Gagandeep was very friendly and helpful. Nice ambience

We visited the Melton Road Branch in Leicester. Naina was very professional. Perfect balance of being friendly but not over familiar, providing excellent service. The entrance door was faulty and she kept closing it after every customer entered to ensure the place was kept warm in a very cold day.

Visited chaiwala in luton town centre customer service was atrocious the lady serving saw us waiting at counter no acknowledgement after 6/7 she says give us 1 minute so walked out

Quick, tasty, spicy food, fair pricing. Enjoyed our lunch and friendly service. High Wycombe cafe. Thanks. Will be back.

I visited chaiwal in kilburn for the first time and had an horrible experience as the staff at the till charged me for 3 samosa chaat instead of 2. I had to go back and ask for refund and the same members of staff only said "omg" and refunded the money.

Sahill was very polite and gave a very good service. My friends and I spent a while having brunch he was very accommodating and we enjoyed the food.

The staff was extremely rude they literally were purposely mean the whole time. Not coming back, avoid this place at all costs!

Hii .. today I visited in chaiwala I ordered my favorite masala chips with cheese it's very delicious. Your workers provide fast service and hot meal . Today I meet with punjaban girl there I think her name is manpreet she is very friendly and provide good service .

I’ve been a regular customer at Chaiiwala (@Kingsbury-London) for at least 5 years. Their hot drinks especially Karak Chaii is the best. The breakfast is delicious and the prices are reasonable.
The staff are welcoming and helpful. I would like to say Thank You to Shahla. She is alway helpful, attentive and friendly, and with her knowledge she helps you with recommendations on the menu.

I stumbled upon this delightful Indian street food café here in Aberdeen yesterday and decided to give it a go. The experience was fantastic! I ordered the vegetarian chana masala, which was exactly what I’d hoped for—packed with bold flavours and with just the right level of spice to keep things interesting without being overpowering. It was hearty and filling, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking authentic, comforting Indian flavours.

To complete the meal, I tried the masala omelette, which was wonderfully flavourful and surprisingly healthy. The chai latte I ordered was the perfect finishing touch—a warm, aromatic drink with the ideal blend of milk and spices to balance out the meal. The prices were more than fair, and the speedy service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning to this hidden gem!

I visited the luton airport branch amd ordered veg kebab roll. Worst rolls ever. I am a regular to chaiiwala in London central but never ever get this kinda roll. I willl say everyone donot eat rolls there. Had I been having a chance to refund. I would have asked for refund.
