Chalkwell Coach Hire Reviews

Went to Herstmonceux Castle. Excellent trip! Coach arrived on time. Clean and comfortable. Driver, Phil, very pleasant - made the journey a good, fun experience. Took a lovely route through scenic Kent and East Sussex to get there and a faster route on motorways to get home so we enjoyed a great scenic tour. The place was well worth the visit with an excellent guide for the castle and beautiful gardens to explore. Timing perfect - we'd plenty of time, but not too much.
Great journey to a place we'd never visited before. Thank you Chartwell! Just what I needed!

From the moment we contacted Rich the private hire manager and his team about our UK paper band Sittingbourne tour up north to Rochdale we found nothing but helpfulness and professionalism. No question was too small and everything was very efficient . Phil our coach driver was very friendly and happy to help where he could . Would not hesitate in booking With them again in the future .

Excellent driver (Jess) and very good customer service. Our journey was enjoyable and we reached our event on time. Thank you!

Excellent service with a well planned route that thankfully saw arrive ahead of the predicted time. Like wise on the return journey. Your driver John was both an excellent host and photographer for our group from English Martyrs RC Church in Strood!

A great day out to the Alexandra Palace for the Stitching show all made possible with Chalkwell Coaches. Our driver Jess was lovely very friendly and he made us all feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the whole journey. He drove with care and precision. Spoke to all his travellers as though he knew us.
The coach itself on the left hand side was very drafty from the emergency door. It was blowing a gale and we had to move to a better seat but could still feel the coldness. You can actually see daylight through a gap so please get that looked at.

The coach was more luxurious than anticipated. The driver was helpful on and off the coach with people with mobility issues and patient when one of our party turned up late.
We travelled to and from the venue in good time and he helpfully parked directly outside the theatre, as the car park was too far away, for some of our party with mobility issues.

A great day out at Jimmys farm the coach very nearly had to make an emergency stop which the driver Gary handled very well recommend this daytrip and chalkwell to everyone.

Had a lovely time the driver was very friendly and helpful we had lots of time to look around be for we had too get back too the bus would go again it was a great day out Thank you

It was a church outing which we hadn’t had for a long time and Chalkwell Coach hire were excellent
The coach was on time and nothing was too much trouble for the coach driver, he was very helpful and pleasant
We all had a fabulous day

Hired a 16 seater bus for a group tour for the day. The bus was waiting for us at the pick up point and was modern, comfy and clean. The driver had researched the various drop off points during the day so no worries there and was happy to accommodate where parking was tricky. Overall an excellent experience.

Southend day trip, as usual, our nice friendly driver grant got us all there safely, had a great day, I only use Chalkwell, as you know your going to have a friendly service aswell as a safe one, prices are good too . 😁👌

The communication with Chalkwell prior to booking was clear and efficient. Grant the Driver arrived early for people to embark coach, he was patient as we gathered up a few latecomers and he gave us a comfortable and safe journey into London. All very much appreciated.

Great service from Chalkwell coaches, on time safe driving and pleasant driver. On the doorstep of the venue. Brilliant.

Excellent commnication throughout the booking process, coaches in excellent condition with experienced drivers. We always use this company for our geography field trips and will continue to do so.

A friendly service, easy to book, lovely big coach, and the driver was friendly. The journey was lovely and we will definitely consider using the company again.

Excellent service taking our workers from Faversham to Coxheath and back on Friday night. Thank you!

We had a great day out at the races, the coach driver was brilliant and would recommend to anyone looking for a fast and efficient service. Bella in the office was also very helpful when I needed to ask a couple of questions. We will be back to book for our next trip!

Driver was superb. Arrived early, ensured we knew where to meet him at pick up and even allowed a stop on the way home. Would definitely recommend / use again.

Very impressed, our driver was friendly and courteous, was flexible when we needed an extra stop and was more than punctual on both legs of the journey. We could not have asked for better service.
