Challenge Fencing Ltd Reviews

Very good quality and great service, extemely helpful

Ordered over internet and received instant reply. Goods delivered next day by very cheery and pleasant lady. Thank you for such a swift and excellent service.

It was a great service, excellent delivery and the product is first class. Would not hesitate in using the company again.

Great service for the second time definitely looking to order again

Andy helped us out greatly. Couldn’t be more helpful. Got what we needed.

Excellent service from the guys especially Jon the manager. Good quality products at reasonable prices.

First time I have used them and will definitely use again. Even when they had a staffing issue, they worked to get my order out which was really appreciated.
Quality of the products is great too.
Would recommend 100%.

Glen seems to have worked some magic here - I dealt with Challenge only once when I worked as a builder just as he started a few years ago and the experience was shocking. He apologised and said it was his mission to improve and, true to his word, this went without a hitch - good communication, good prices and quick delivery. Recommended!

Very polite and helpful

I was recommended Challenge Fencing (CF) Cobham.

Contacted CF to enquiry about frame for a gate which I ended up purchasing.

I was taken aback by the impressive customer service received by all staff members that I had the pleasure to speak to, in particular Murtaza.

They all made my purchase a breeze, from advice on product requested and requirements to the ordering process.
Great communication throughout, good interpersonal skills, professional approach and courteous.

Lastly, I have visited many timber/fencing merchants in my lifetime but Challenge Fencing Cobham is now my preferred choice.
Thank you.

Good helpful service

Everything ordered was delivered as requested. Initially asked for brown but said they didn’t have any and would have to collect from the other site, which they clearly went out of their way to do. Also asked for specific time slot between 10-2 to avoid school run and again this was met. Absolutely excellent service from start to finish

Lovely people. Really helpful delivery folk. No complaints and speedy delivery too.

Brilliant help from Challenge Woking....last minute on Friday before Christmas needed some sort of rustic panels to replace our broken forest school den in time for our Chrudtmas event 3 days later Andy brilliant on phone identifying 4 panels for us, then the team straight away delivered so we had Santas grotto ready for Mondays event. So grateful...we were in a panic and everyone was do helpful!

They handled my order with their usual efficiency. Andy was easy to deal with.

Effortless communication and well-informed staff. They consistently updated me on the delivery status, ensuring everything was executed precisely as scheduled. Zero complications throughout the process, deserving of a 5-star rating.

Leroy in the cobham branch was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful from the start to the finish.
I will definitely be coming back again for Future projects.

The overall experience was first rate. The person in the shop was helpful and we picked a delivery day that suited us. The actual delivery itself was on time and the delivery driver could not have been better. She was extremely helpful and I could not fault her in any way. She was a credit to Challenge Fencing -Maidstone.
