I phoned this real estate agency earlier today to inquire about a flat, and left a message on their answering machine because apparently no one was free to answer the call. An hour or so later, an agent returned my call in a rude way. I tried to find the exact details of the property in question and what may be the costs, and he started throwing some numbers in haste that I didn't find the time to write down. When I requested for some more time to get the details properly he probably thought that he had put himself on mute, and turned to a colleague of his and said clearly annoyed "people think that I have all day!" I was really gobsmacked by this level of rudeness and lack of professionalism, and just said that I would call them back. I hope they will start recording their phone calls "for training and monitoring purposes" and remove this kind of persons from the business!

My overall experience with the team from PM team Oxon have greatly improved over the months. Hollie who specifically manages the property we live in is great at responding to call outs and making sure things are sorted which is what you want from you PM. Kudos to Hollie and the team in Oxon.
