Great service, friendly and helpful staff.

Could not fault Chancellors. Both Rebecca and Geoff were really helpful and kept us up to date with the whole process.

Chancellors first viewed my house 3 years ago to provide a valuation of the property but circumstances meant I didn't market the property. They maintained a friendly contact with me ever since and when I recently decided to proceed with a sale they provided a fast and efficient response. The property was very quickly marketed and a number of viewers were scheduled within a couple of days. All viewings were managed by Chancellors staff and I was kept fully informed with feedback from the prospective buyers. The property was sold within the first week and all preliminary enquiries / paperwork was managed extremely efficiently. Easy contact was possible with their agents throughout and I would certainly recommend them

Geoff at Chancellors did a great job by finding a large number of people interested in my property for open house viewings.
Rebecca did a sterling job in showing so people the house in a concentrated afternoon. She worked very hard organising the many viewers during covid restrictions and maintained a professional and friendly manner with everyone throughout the whole afternoon. I was impressed!

Our first time to sell a property and the exceptional service we received made it such an easy process! Our sales negotiator, Rebecca Carroll, was always on hand to answer any questions I had and we got exactly (& more) what we had hoped the outcome would be for us.
We can’t thank Rebecca enough for all her efforts on our sale, being done so quickly and keeping us informed along the way. We will always look to use Chancellors again in the future. :)

Chancellors were the only agents who came back to me when I enquired about a property that I was interested in purchasing (I had tried two other agents!). I was concerned about time restrictions, as I was travelling from Essex, but they were incredibly accommodating. I dealt with Rebecca, who was wonderfully friendly and so easy to deal with, yet remained professional. My offer was accepted, but Rebecca continued to keep in touch throughout the process, which I think is a lovely thing to do. I thank the team, but especially Rebecca, for making my purchase smooth and stress free. Highly recommend.

Geoff Solly from the High Barnet branch of Chancellors called me just as I was considering putting the property back on the market with another estate agent. Initially I was hesitant, but I sensed a determination from Geoff to sell the property and he did within a short period of time.

I have currently got my house under offer with Chancellors, High Barnet branch and have found them to be very knowledgeable, competent and approachable. I mostly deal with Geoff Solly and have never had a problem contacting him when necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his office to my friends, as were recommended to me!

Selling the house was very stressful, but Geoff and his Barnet team did a great job to keep communicating at every stage. We had a lot of 'time-wasters' viewing the house, which Geoff and the team did well to navigate and only communicate when a serious buyer was interested, which was well-received. Well done Team. Would definitely recommend for selling your house in Barnet.

The only negative I would say is that head office felt slightly disconnected to the local branch and would sometime take a while to return emails/phonecalls etc.

Geoff Solly has always been professional, polite and has kept us up-to-date with any developments. He listened to our concerns and acted upon them immediately. His honesty about the housing market was much appreciated and helped us make right decisions.

Friendly and professional, overall great service.

To be honest I have not traded with Chancellors in Barnet .... as I am currently trading with Chancellors in Totteridge and Whetstone. That's where I met Karyn Strachan, who recently transferred to your branch. My review is therefore based totally on the service that Karyn gave to me last month. She was both polite, helpful and professional. No problem there !! With Karyn in mind, you might ask why I haven't given Chancellors Barnet a 5 star rating. Quite simply I've dropped it back to 4 stars because I cannot trade directly with Karyn anymore. Sorry about that but all the best to Karyn.

EXCELLENT to say the least!!! 
We were looking for a new local estate agent after not being too happy with the one we were dealing with when a friend recommended Chancellors in High Barnet.
Geoff provided high quality of professionalism from the very first meeting and throughout the entire viewing/selling process of our property (which didn't take long after we put it on the market with him!).

Always approachable, hands-on, honest and polite, we were able to quickly build a trustworthy relationship with him. He regularly kept us informed with selling stats, viewers feedbacks and advised/answered any question we had (we are first time seller).

We are very grateful for all his help and advise (as selling your home/buying a new one can be very stressful thing) and having Geoff on board made things so much easier!
