Great choice of Estate Agents :)
Chancellors were a great estate agents to use, we had a very good experience of buying a house. We felt very comfortable as first time buyers when asking questions and needing extra clarity or support. We had Dan as our Sales rep and he viewed the property with us, making us feel very welcome and answering any questions about the property. We also had Richard and Tanja helping us throughout the buying process. They were all very helpful. We would definitely recommend using Chancellors, Chesham.

Impossible to get a viewing booked by email
I know exactly which property i’m interested in having looked at all the details on rightmove. I’m ready to purchase, chain free. I even know what offer i’d put in if I like it.
The problem - I’ve been trying for 3 days to get hold of Chancellors by email to book an appointment and it’s impossible!
I’m only getting spam emails back showing me a list of available properties. How am I meant to get a viewing?

Great service
Fantastic service from Richard, Nick and the sales team in Chesham for my recent property sale. They were friendly and professional and the property was under offer within a few days of going on the market. I got regular updates and support throughout the remainder of the transaction, and the sale went through very quickly. Highly recommended!

Purchasing a house through Chancellors was a smooth process, with good communication from the whole team. Nothing was a problem, and they were very organised with different people involved at different stages where expertise was required on admin etc. Richard was easy to deal with and provided fast communication throughout. First time buyers
We just bought our first home through Chancellors in Chesham. Their entire team made the process so easy and answered any and all questions we had.
