We recently relocated from oversea to London. John Oreilly is super helpful throughout our rental search and settlement. He demonstrated terrific ownership, care for customer and professional expertise.

As soon as we expressed interest to proceed with an offer for the unit (with multiple pending offers), he managed to turn around the case super fast. We ended up being the first to get our official offer in and eventually got the unit. He provided great information on the process and tips on how to win the bidding (such as writing a short intro notes). All super helpful, especially in this competitive market and us being new to London. He was also very responsive to clear all the required documentations and requirement with us. I would give him a ton of credit for getting the current popular unit.

His service didn't stop after the offer was accepted, he did an awesome job follow through to make sure we have a smooth experience to move in, such as providing information/connection to the internet provider, finding out water/electricity provider information etc.

I highly recommend John to anyone who is searching for rental. He is the guy to work with and close the deal.

John has been fantastic from the moment we met him when viewing the property, all the way through until signed and completed on tenancy agreement. More than Helpful and easily contactable, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother move- thank you John.

Oliver had been in contact for a number of years and when we finally decided to market our flat, we had no doubt Chancellors was the Company to use.

The only regret I have about working with Chancellors was not choosing sole agency over multiple, as this was the first time I had ever sold a property I wasn't really sure on the best approach.

My girlfriend and I recently decided to relocate from South London to Hampstead as we loved the area. We had a huge issue trying to get to viewings after work with other estate agents as no one wanted to show us around past 6pm. It was becoming a rather long and frustrating experience trying to relocate.

Eventually we found a property we liked that was managed by Chancellors. I called up and explained to Tyrone that it would take a while for us to travel to Hampstead so evening viewings were preferred – it wasn't an issue at all for him which we were delighted with.

Tyrone allowed us to view one particular property we liked in the evening a few times which really helped us make our decision. During viewings, he didn't out any pressure on us and always answered any queries we had very quickly. He really went the extra mile and we're happy to say that because of his commitment we got the property we wanted.

We've now settled into our new home and couldn't be happier.

Also, on a side note – We recently purchased a small 2 bed property up in Oxfordshire that we intend on letting out after it's renovated. Our fantastic experience with Tyrone has assured us that we want to use the nearest Chancellors to find suitable tenants.
