Lovely engraved key fob. Excellent service and delivery. Couldn’t be faulted in anyway.

Lovely engraved bracelet bought for Christmas. Looks expensive and good quality, arrived promptly and nicely packaged all read to wrap up.

So happy I found this site, I was looking for a specific type of charm that was proving to be difficult to find, although what I got was slightly different what made it perfect was that I could get it engraved on both sides making 100% personal for my great granddaughter.
Perfect.

Easy to purchase, good quality

Excellent service and communication, would definitely recommend. The product itself was just perfect. Thank you.

Great options, great service, fast delivery! ⭐

I ordered this item thinking it would be ok but I was delighted it was really great decently engraved ,as I ordered ,and I was suprised at the weight of it , my son is delighted and it’s hanging in his garden behind his outdoor bar , thankyou

A great and quick service. Really happy with the charm for my daughter’s birthday.

Purchased from this company twice and both times have received beautiful products, engraved as l requested with fast delivery and careful packaging. Would l recommend this company YES of course l would, and l do intend to buy from them again.

Excellent service.
I searched and searched for the best online engraving service after a bad experience using a different one previously.
Charming Engraving had much more choice, length of text and better prices - I was waiting for it to be too good to be true XD but it all went perfectly. Fast FREE delivery, nicely packed and really well made, with no tiny scratches. I'm so pleased.

Easy to order. Was kept updated with progress via regular emails and bracelet arrived in excellent time. Beautiful present for a friend. Engraving was clear and very pretty. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you

Ordered a personalised charm gone 9pm Monday. Kept up to date on progress throughout. Even had a personal message in response to a request on my order. Arrived Thursday morning. Looks fabulous. So pleased and can’t wait to see the persons face whose present it is. Thank you.

I was introduced to this company via ebay. They claim to dispatch items the next working day. I ordered a Saint Christopher pendant on Monday 7th March and although they claim it was dispatched on Tuesday 8th March it tuned out it was dispatched on Thursday 11th March. After I left negative feedback I received the following from Karen at the company.

"We've sold over 100,000 items on ebay and literally never come across anyone so pompous and unreasonable as you.
How very sad for anyone you live with :-(
Best wishes
Karen".

Karen obviously didn't go to customer relations school.
