Scam site. They sent the wrong order then refused to communicate any further. I was a big buyer and would have been happy to make a big order based on my first purchases but won’t now! No comms…poor company. Steer clear.

Bei der Bestellung gab es Probleme mit der Zustellung, sodass die Ware wieder zurück nach Schweden ging, vermutlich weil die Zustelladresse nicht richtig vermerkt war. Obwohl ich mich in regelmässigen Abständen nach dem Päckchen erkundigte, vertröstete man mich ständig mit der Bitte um Geduld. Als das Päckchen wieder in Schweden war, meinte man nur, man könne es wieder schicken, allerdings dann zu meinen Lasten! Nein, Dankeschön. Ich stornierte den Auftrag, allerdings muss ich die Versandkosten tragen. Extrem ärgerlich

Have orders many straps from them. On my most recent order they sent me a strap that was the wrong side. I asked for a replacement strap to be sent and sent pictures several times. Even though they admitted the strap was defective they wanted very specific photos (my photos show how the strap is not the right length). I sent them photos 3 times and they claimed it was difficult to tell (Total BS). After yet another request for a photo (I had since returned the measuring tape which uses metric to a neighbor - I am in the US so dont have a metric tape) I said enough is enough. They are asking for this to deal with their manufacturer. Sorry, that is not my issue, it is there's and after 3 attempts, I am not measuring again. Now they refuse to send me a replacement strap.

Never do business with these crooks. They sent me a defect strap and refuse to replace it.

Do not order! This site has turned into a scam. They sent me 5 bands I did not order and none of the bands I did order and pay for. Now they will not reply to requests for an exchange or refund.

If I could give a zero stars I would. 3 weeks and still no watch strap. Enquired as to where the product was. I was told I needed to wait because it was not shipped with tracking and I had to allow/wait 45 days. Very poor response. The onus put on the customer,not the company who has taken the transaction money. As far as I am concerned whether a parcel that you have paid for is shipped with regular postage or DHL...it is still a long time to not get a parcel. The response is a predetermined email with no customer care in the world. As far as I am concerned whether you choose regular or special delivery,you should receive a parcel in a reasonable timeframe. It is quick enough to take a customer money in a transaction but not to assist. Worst company I have ever dealt with...avoid like the plague.....

If you order 5 straps in their discount campaign, if you send all five back, you only get a voucher, but not the money! Back. not even after multiple requests. my worst shopping experience in years! can only advise against

I purchased a number of leather and NATO straps from CNS. The quality is on par with what you're paying for. They're functional, fabric watch straps. I did have an issue with a leather strap splitting almost on first use. I notified the owner and was immediately sent two replacements. I would buy again, no doubt.

I've already made two purchases via cheapestnatostraps.com and need to say these are very competetive products for a given price range. I can even say that some of their straps (PVD SharkTooth or Aviator and Heriatage lines) are better than straps I found in local stores.
Quite puzzled that shipping is the only criterion in their rating, instead quality of offered products.

I have not recieved the straps yet, but the service and communication have been terrible. To begin with, they did not have one of the straps i ordered in stock, so they had to remove. And then they asked whether i want a different strap, with the same cost, i said no. I wanted them to cancel the order, so i could make a new 1, but they said it was over the cancellation point, which did not make sense, when they first got back to me later that 1 of the strap was sold out. So they were the one who held up my order, and then they could not cancel. Overall bad communication, and service, and as i can read in here, i should not have hope for the quality of the straps.

First of all, this company is not a scam. That said, they're not that great either. Took a month to recieve the straps and the quality is sub par. I ordered with bronze buckles but they're bronze color not real bronze. Because so many reviews indicated the straps might not arrived I ordered 2 more from another company on Amazon. In 31 days the ones arrived from CNS and the next day arrived the 2 ordered from Amazon (only 3 days delivery). I ordered the same colors from both so I compared them side by side. The CNS straps were shorter, thinner material and not bronze. I think I could have lived with a little shorter and the thinner material but not having bronze buckles made me give them only 3 stars. If you say bronze, they should be bronze, right? Plus being thinner material I don't think the holes will stay tight and the ends will fray. I agree with other reviews. Spend the extra money and buy better quality straps. I can't recommend CNS nor will I ever buy from them again. It says something when you can't create an account to go back and check your order history. Keep the receipt they email to you for your records if you place an order with them.

Terrible experience with return!
Avoid by all means! Ordered 5 straps and didn't like the quality. Shipped back and now waiting for one month to get an answer from them. They took the money and now don't answer to my emails!

Yes it takes longer than normal for delivery from Sweden (6 weeks to HK) but hey it’s the cheapest plus you do get the option to DHL. If you have the patient I would recommend as the straps themselves are not too shabby.

Sono un cliente di lunga data, una volta i cinturini ci mettevano una settimana ad arrivare, ora è un delirio, la precedente spedizione ci ha messo più di 3 settimane, che è inaccettabile visto che arrivano dalla Svezia, ora sto aspettando da 20gg e dal tracking non è arrivato neanche in Italia, viene il dubbio che probabilmente ti lascino il nr di tracking ma consegnino al corriere anche una settimana dopo.
Se li contatti ti rispondono che devi aspettare 45gg.
Inutile dire che sarà l'ultimo ordine.

Absolute garbage company. They send me a strap that is not the right length, I send them copious amounts of proof showing that it is in fact the wrong size and all I get back is them saying the watch is 18mm when it is clearly a 19 mm watch. Absolutely disrespectful. I know more about watches than the whole company combined and for them to accuse me of not knowing that my lug is 19mm, anyone n the watch industry knows that Grand Seiko makes 19mm watches. Then again these people are not in the watch industry, they are just hungry money grabbers that make trash ass straps and then offer the worst accursatory customer service instead of fixing their mistakes. Would never go back.

They're called Cheapest Nato Straps not Best Nato Straps and you do get what you pay for to a certain extent. I ordered a vintage leather strap. Bit hard and might need breaking in and the buckle could be a bit more robust. Also ordered a suede strap which is very soft and comfortable to wear. I ordered with tracking and my straps arrived within a week. If you own an affordable watch it might be worth your while taking a punt on this company to liven up your watch collection. If you own luxury timepieces then you're probably better to spend more money and shop elsewhere.
