After I completed the initial form it didn’t take long before I was contacted by Ben. He went through all the procedures with me, advising what they would do and how it would be done. He also explained how the solicitor had not acted as per the law when it came to their 25%.
Ben was totally professional and yet very friendly. They settled my claim very quickly and efficiently keeping me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Checky my legal fees were very effective and efficient at getting me my fees back. Always explaining each process of the claim and where they were up to.
I never once had to chase them up for anything and I when I did email them responses were always within a couple of hours.

I would highly recommend this company, I had quite a chunk of my claim taken off me for legal fees.
I got in touch with check my legal fees and within just over a week I had an email explaining that I was going to be refunded some of the legal fee’s that were taken off me.

These guys are amazing and I would highly recommend them! Ben was great from day 1. Explained the process from start to finish and kept me in the loop through the case. Managed to get me a full refund as well as his own costs which worked out even better for me :)

Very fast service, received the refund promptly and they communicated with me thru out the process. However I was disappointed with the fees. £164.25p seems abit high. They act quickly and get you your fees back but it'll cost you 25% + VAT out of your refund so bare that in mind if your claim isn't very big. 👍🏻 Otherwise a good service.

What can i say these guys have been fantastic right from the off. I filled in online form and from that time to now 6 months ove had successfully got a full refund. I highly recommend these guys. And remember its no win no fee
