Working with Cheddar Capital was a great experience. Needing to get a loan is not always a "good" feeling. Dan made it feel better. In my line of business I have to be organized and supply things quickly to our clients. I also found that Dan does business the same way. He is on it! He is very efficient and doesn't waste words or time. I would say...it was "real" dealing with Dan. Dan was able to get me what I needed by the end of the first day. It was a pleasure dealing with Dan.

Company did everything they said and were very informative through the very short process. No strings attached. With so many predatory lenders out there Cheddar was indeed a sigh of relief that their still are legitimate lenders whos purpose is to help your business not harm it. Left in Limbo
Submitted all paperwork requested by underwriting, and left in limbo for weeks without a decision. Response time to follow up questions was poor when I asked questions on status of application. After several weeks was told from sales rep that I need to reapply on the 15th. Lol. No thanks.
