They contacted me for a loan transfer. After I gave them all of the personal info they requested on myself and my biz. They kept sending emails for info I have already given them and then were unresponsive. I have yet to hear back from them after 3 additional emails. Not sure if its fraud as I have never heard of them and was told they are from LA and the info sent to me says Tennessee. But also seem to have good reviews. But this customer service piece is definitely bad. If anything changes I will update my review, as of now they have all my information and not sure what they're doing with it.

UPDATE:
30 min after posting the review above I get a response. Not saying "Sorry we didnt follow up sooner/respond sooner", etc. He says Ive been declined and that he will have the negative review removed. No professional response to my submission at all. No call in 3 -24 hours, no reponse until i put up a review. And a BAD response. I would be very careful giving your info to these folks, especially since he's removing valid reviews. All i wanted was a response to several emails and to know my info was safe. Its not. Additionally, why no reviews on any other platform? Look at Twitter (new acct, no followers), Yelp & google. If they prove legit, I will remove the review.

My experience with Cheddar Capital is a very positive one that has been a major relief for my agency. We were in transition of growing the agency while waiting to get paid on invoices due to us, but we needed capital to maintain the positive course that we are on, and along comes Cheddar Capital. While I do appreciate that we have a line of credit, it was a little bait and switch. Your advertising is limited as to what it consist of in getting a line of credit. Whatever we have, during email the language was still " a loan".

Not sure we will use Cheddar Capital again. I would feel more comfortable with someone being totally honest with me, been in the business a long time, there is no need not to be completely honest.
