Not worth 1star. Manager at St Lucie West Port St. Lucie location treated my girlfriend with an attitude and angry tone.My girlfriend was vaping at the bar , yes this was against your rules , however the manager stated “ you can’t vape in here , I watched you vape 3 times in a stern voice. You can’t vape in my building. She was talking in a rude demeanor like my girlfriend was 5 years old. I am a manager for a multibillion multinational company. I would never talk to a customer in the manner and attitude she did. Having angry and aggressive managers on staff would never be tolerated at my business. We will never return to this business or any other business owned by Darden restaurants. Maybe manager training in in order for you company.

Was at Cheddars Restaurant in Wheeling on 9/25/24 8 PM they had a very large party in back room the Manger allow them to disrupt every one in the Restaurant with their yelling and chanting it was totally out of control and the manger did nothing .

I didn’t get my tools with my order, I had a shrimp platter and I received about 5 and the rest was fried batter, never had this problem before I don’t know if it was because it was take out but I wasn’t happy with my order.

A group of 7 of us spent the day at the lake in Branson Missouri. After we decided to stop and eat at Cheddars thinking it would be really good.
I will skip over the seating mess up and go right to the meal. Four out of seven of us did not care for our meals. One lady's chicken was too dry for her to eat and so was one steak. But I did not even get to eat there. We got our food and I cut into a lovely looking ribeye that was supposed to be cooked medium well. Blood poured out. It was very medium rare, not well or even close. So I had to send it back. The waitress was just going to take the meat back, but I said, I don't want to eat this without the meat I want to put it on. It was sautéed mushrooms. So she took it too. But of course, because it is all fresh cooked (nice when they get it right) but everyone was well done with eating by the time I got mine. I told the waitress to box it up and I would eat at home. Another thing that was just a mess, was the table. Every time we would get a refill, it would be brought in a new glass or cup and the used ones were just left on the table. Our table was so full of plates and cups not picked up we had a mess trying to find room for our food. Except me since I had no food. At one point I asked that some of the empties please be removed. She took about 3 glasses and left. Like I said, there was 7 of us. Never a sorry or offer of discount. Sad will never go to a Cheddars again.

OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE CHEDDARS! They have the very best chicken fried chicken mashed potatoes n gravy and rolls!!!

I still remember the first time my husband and I visited Cheddars when it opened. It was a fantastic dining experience, and we kept going back because the food was consistently delicious. However, there came a time when we noticed a change in the taste and quality of the food. We decided to take a break from dining there.

Fast forward to June 14, 2024, we decided to give Cheddars another chance as we had gift cards to use. When we arrived, the staff were friendly, and the person who seated us was quite amiable. However, when he directed us to our table, it felt like he was leading us outside, close to the exit door. It was a bit funny but bewildering at the same time.

We ordered spinach dip, which arrived cold, and the accompanying salsa seemed store-bought. This was a stark contrast to our initial experiences, where everything tasted fresh. We mentioned our concerns to the waitress, and she explained that the chips were cooked daily and stored in a bin. I opted for the pecan chicken salad, which I had enjoyed previously, but this time, the ranch dressing tasted watery, and the pecans were so hard that I worried about breaking a tooth.

My husband's flavored peach tea was disappointing, especially given its cost, and the fried shrimp he ordered had a hard batter, forcing him to remove it before eating the shrimp. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling extremely disappointed with our dining experience and the amount of money we had spent. This visit left us feeling like we wouldn't be returning to the Little Rock location.

We hope Cheddars takes customer feedback seriously and values the support of its loyal patrons.

It was unbelievable! Overcooked county fried steak and fish, no gravy and wilted lettuce! Where do I post pictures!

Visited Cheddars in St Lucie Westrhis past tuesday.Arrived around 8:30 the place hardly had any dinners.We were seated in the bar area,no one else was there. We had the absolute worst waitress. I had to get up and ask her for water and napkins. She dud not remove dishes from the table. When the food finally arrived the potatoes were cold. Mind you there wad no other dinners seated there. Then she went on to sweep and mop the floor beside us. Never experienced such lousy service. Would not recommend or go back. And the manager wanted to give me a free appetizer. Imagine that. The food was good the presentation lousy. Think twice before going to Cheddars.

Been coming to eat here a lot but this weekend was me and my wife anniversary and this is were she wont to come and for the 1st time it was bad, Ribs were not fall off the bones as they said, Spent $52.48 for nothing

I’ve been to cheddars once with great results
I took my grown daughter to the Chandler Az restaurant for her birthday,5 of us total, the bill was $118.00+tip, on march 9th.
None of us had good results with our food, the potatoes were not even warm, the fries with bacon and cheese had been sitting awhile, they were cold. The herb chicken was flavorless, the ribs were ok, but not warm.
I will not recommend your restaurant to anyone

Walked in seen it was crowded. Put my name and number on the wait list and was told it was an hour wait and that they will txt me when our table is ready. Waited well over an hour no txt. I walk in to check on our table the hostess said you can come on. We get seated the waitress take our drink order and we go ahead and order our food. We ordered appetizers and our meal. Drinks took 20 minutes to get food took another 45 min and we never got the appetizer. My husband was missing his garlic bread from his meal. The waitress said she would bring the garlic bread but didn’t bring it until she brought the to go boxes. I didn’t realize i didn’t get my 2 sides until i got home. Definitely will not be returning to this establishment.

My friend and I go to your cheddars every week we went on Friday they were very busy, but we lucked on a server called ADRIAN G he was the best we both had salads which was delicious, and I got desert to go He was right there with our food and the attention he gave us was the best we ever had at a cheddars Thanks for hiring him hope we get him next time

Food was hot !! And delicious. I ask for medium plus for my steak, Chief did excellent job❣️Katrina was our expert waitress, she was timely, efficient and friendly! We are going to ask for her next time❣️Bathroom was clean and plenty of paper products. Oh the male hostess was good at his job too. I know this is petty but the music was awful, it was too loud and not really music 🎶 It was annoying😳But that won’t stop us from coming back, maybe Christmas music next time ?! Aquarium.Was well maintained and beautiful, plants are amazing 🤩

Me and my husband are from Pikeville TN we go to chedders every time we go to Cookeville and sometimes its 3 times in a month we have tried other places to eat but for us nothing beats chedders the food is always hot and taste fresh there mix drinks are very well made and the waiters and waitresses are always very welcoming when we go there I can't say one bad thing about them.. nobody has ever been rude to us and we have never had to complain about anything we been going to chedders for 2 years now chedders will always be are absolute favorite place to eat... thanks chedders for always giving us a great experience!!!

We want to Cheddars for lunch and we both ordered Chicken Tenders fries and green beans. The fries were cold and chicken was barely warm. Left a lot to be desired. Service was so so.

My brother and I wanted to go to a new place for lunch before doing a few errands and we both have never been to Cheddars so we thought we would give it a try. Immediately walking in it was a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server, Ricky, was phenomenal!! Let's just say that more servers in the food industry need to take lessons from this man. He was absolutely GREAT!!!!

Service is terrible. The quality of food has declined. This used to be my favorite restaurant. The guy that finally took my carry out order was nice enough.

My family ate at the Cheddsrs on Memorial in Edmond on 10/22/23. The waitress spilled several glasses of water onto the table and floor. We worked feverishly to keep from getting wet ourselves but me and the one across from me at the isle end of the booth got the worst of it. Rather than seating us elsewhere they worked at cleaning up the mess while we were in the booth. That was at least 20 minute ordeal. It was over an hour getting our food from when we were seated. My green beans were crunchy from not being cooked properly. No manager ever spoke to us in apology and everyone acted as if everything was normal. We felt dismissed, ignored and infuriated by the lack of service. If this was my only experience at Cheddars, I would never go back to that restaurant again. Our experience at Norman’s Cheddar's has always been positive.

We are traveling to Missouri and stopped in Triadelphia, West Virginia for dinner. We ate at Cheddar’s. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had a six ounce sirloin steak. It was cooked to perfection (medium rare) and it was very tender and juicy. My husband had shrimp which was also very good. The salad was crisp and fresh - with a delightful dressing. The service was efficient - attentive, but not bothersome. The server was polite, pleasant and responded to all out requests. The manager (Lori) stopped by our table to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. I asked for my coffee to be refilled. She brought me another cup of hot coffee. We enjoyed our dinner - definitely 5 stars!

We almost didn’t go to Cheddar’s because there were several bad reviews - so, I suggest that you ignore the negativity and go to this restaurant for a good meal and a friendly staff.

Erie Pennsylvania Cheddar's on Interchange Road.

Went in and got seated. Server arrived and took our drink orders. Brought us croissants. Never saw her again until a party of 8 was seated next to us.

Server took their drink orders. Later brought them their drinks and then took their orders. By now, we had been there 20 minutes.

I slapped a ten on the table and we left. We will NEVER return!
