We didn't want to have to send my late mother's ashes to a company and we were delighted when we found Cherishkeepsakes. They invited us to look at their workshop, talked us through our options and myself and my daughter left feeling in safe hands.

We had my dads 80th birthday coming up and wanted to have a momento made for him to have and remember my mum. We absolutely love the memory bear and couldn't have asked for a perfect service. Would highly recommend

Wouldn't give any stars as worst experience!! Bracelet received had another person's ashes in!! Our ashes hadn't been sent off yet!! This was a very difficult time and upsetting. Took a few emails with owner before she actually spoke to me on the phone. Bracelet returned and full refund we have found a local business to do this for us. Please stay away before it happens to someone else!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish. From purchase, right the way through to completion Vicky kept in regular contact with me, providing updates and information.
It's hard losing a loved one, and finding someone to trust to make jewellery with your loved ones ashes is difficult, but honestly I'm so thankful I chose here. I'd highly recommend and the end product is exactly as I wanted.

Couldn't thank vicky enough for what she's done for me! These people are the best I’ve had Some necklaces and a teddy bear made with a family members ashes they sent me the stuff to send the ashes in, told me when they arrived and kept me updated with the order even when they posted them back to me they all look lovely well worth the money they are very polite and a excellent service thank you very much for my order will definitely use this company again and will recommend to others

I would avoid Cherishkeepsakes at all costs. I sent her my pets ashes for a keepsake. Royal Mail confirmed that the items had been received but then Cherishkeepsakes claimed not to have received them. I had no other ashes to send. This was a very distressful time as it was. DO NOT USE
