Bought an paid cash for a suite on 1/6/26 was told 7-10 days delivery,still not received the suite, we have made countless calls and messages an calls into the shop, keep getting fobbed of with excuses we’ve asked for a refund 2 weeks ago still not had one, Jim the boss is never there to spk to and doesn’t ring with explanation, communication is none, we are now in the process of going to the small claims court, this is very stressful for us pensioners who shouldn’t have to be dealing with this like we are, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought an item in early May online and still haven't received it. They do not answer the phones or emails, I got through on Instagram and they said a cyber attack meant they have been unable to check their emails which have order details on but their website is still up and running and there has been zero communication from them explaining this. Never in my life have I received such poor service, truly awful place. Absolutely avoid like the plague.

Like so many other reviews l never received my online order. Made numerous of calls/emails with no reply, resorted to having to ask security staff to trying get some kind of answer from the store and still no response.

I also ordered an item from them which I've not recieved, no response to emails so absviously a scam company, don't order anything from them.

Scam. Item bought, now trying to chase delivery. No response to emails, calls, or the messaging service on their own website.

Can anybody tell me if this firm have gone out of business please? My goods ordered in April have never been received and no refund given despite countless messages, emails etc. I would beware of ordering anything, I just wish I had read the reviews before

I think this is a scam. I brought goods online from them and have received nothing. There is no response to emails or my phone calls.

I made a claim for a refund from my bank and the bank are now pursuing this with Chester Furniture Outlet and their bank to get the refund (the bank had already paid me back).

I’m absolutely delighted with my new sofas; the quality is outstanding and they look fantastic in my home.
A huge thank you to Claire, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience a real pleasure.
I highly recommend this shop for their top-notch furniture and lovely customer service!
