I have two Meaco dehumidifiers and a fan from CH Marine and the customer service is excellent...items are usually delivered the day after purchasing and I recently had an issue with a dehumidifier under warranty - I sent it (free of charge) via An post and it was repaired and returned to me in around a week and is now working perfectly again! Highly recommend.

We have 3 MeacoDry Arete dehumidifiers - replacements for another well-known, horribly loud American brand. Meaco is so much quieter, even our electrician commented. One unit, still under warranty, started to make odd sounds, & we were promptly advised how to return it for service, free via An Post. Within a week, we received a new replacement. Seamless. Wish all appliance makers were so efficient.

I would like to recommend CH Marine Cork and Meaco dehumidifier, they have good customer service. I purchased dehumidifier threeyears ago but the warranty and customer service is excellent.

I purchased the Meaco Dry ABC 12 litre dehumidifier for €199. It is an excellent machine, very sensitive to picking up on increase/ decrease in humidity and a great help drying clothes. It was packed well on delivery and clearly marked to keep the product upright. I had some queries on this product, mostly re packing and delivery and rang the company where the man who answered the call was able to answer all queries. Would definitely recommend this product and company, delivery was fast also.

Got my MeacoDry Arete Two 20L Dehumidifier at CH marine and I couldn't be happier. The product is top quality!!! Super friendly in- store staff, got my unit nicely wrapped and front desk girl was super super friendly. I work in sales and customer support myself, and I'm happy to say that experience at CH marine was just outstanding! Well done and thank you very much.

I’ve popped in and out of CH Marine trying to sort out my boat to get it in the water and my running mooring. They have been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and joy to deal with. I also have returned items to them with absolutely no quibble and refunded immediately. I recently bought a sailing jacket which was exceptional value compared to the UK

Got a can of Jotun Aqualine Prop antifouling spray. Can was outdated since Oct. 2023 and of course pressureless. Not useable.

Online from Italy I purchased two Jabsco electric toilets at an excellent price, the best I found. Initially there seemed to be a shipping problem due to the volume of the goods, but with great professionalism and great availability of assistance the problem was solved. Very good! Thanks Martin!

Use the online store to buy my waterproofs for spring calving/lambing season. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect item and Finbarr and team couldn't be more helpful to arranging correct item be shipped out. No hassle and prompt delivery.

We were looking for a dehumidifier for our daughter's student house. After some research, we found CH Marine. I sent them an email telling them her situation and shortly afterwards got a call from Nicholas. He talked me through the best options and we decided on one model. We ordered it and it arrived the next day. This was amazing service.

I’ve been using CH Marine for years, both online and in-store, and have always found their service to excellent. Staff are helpful and well-informed. Had an issue with a product recently they had a replacement for me the next day.

I haven’t been into their shop yet, but as a kayaker I have used their online store a number of times. All online purchases have been excellent all the way through the process until the product arrives. I’ve emailed a number of times to enquire about a product before purchasing and all enquiries have been answered fast and with the answers I needed. Hope to visit the store sometime.

I found the service from CHMarine really great. From replying to emails in a fast and friendly manner to fixing an issue with my Meaco dehumidifier.
The issue was fixed and returned to me so quickly I was very impressed.
