One of the worst charger i have ever bought. Charger will keep charging and not charging out of sudden causing my airpods keep ring(charging notification) in the middle of the night when charging. Tried the cable on other charger, no charging issues. Tried different original apple cable using ChoeTech charger and same issue happens on my airpods and apple watch. Ask Choetech to replace a new one as it was under warranty and they claim its not charger issue despite i already tested many time and confirmed it was the Choetech charger having issue. At the end i demanded them to replace a new one and they agreed. Not sure if they replaced(or “refurbish”) a new one for me or not the new replacement came and same issue happened.
*Note:All the while when i sent the charger back to Choetech for them to check the faulty issue. I am literally using the same cable on my other charger and none of the issue mention ever happen. It’s clearly that it was the ChoeTech charger faulty.

The worst ever wireless charger. The charger broke as soon as it arrived. Tried their customer support but no help at all. I am writing them emails, phones calls but no one answering and replying.

I don't understand why the reviews here are so bad. I own three choetech chargers and one powerbank. I have never had any problems with them. I bought their 100w, 40w and 20w power delivery chragers and all of them work flawlessly.

Placed an order on 11 April, received acknowledgement with statement that order was being processed. Wrote twice to them with no reply. On 18 May had to contact PayPal, (who refunded me within 20 minutes - superb), to get my money back.

Bad charger. Supposed to be fast charging but takes twice as long as my standard charger. Amazon doesn't even sell it anymore. Don't use them and don't trust them

After a few weeks of constant nightly use it started charging only 45% of the mobile

I purchased a cable from Choetech and needed to return it because it doesn't work. I haven't heard back from 3 separate messages sent over 2 weeks. Nothing whatsoever. Zero customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

They refuse to substitute the cable although it was used only for 2 months and the warranty for 18 month,

Bought a choetech usb C 100 watt charger, and after about 6 months use, I woke up this morning to find it a corner of it had melted and there was a burn mark in my carpet. It could have caused a serious fire, these products are cheap because there dangerous and poorly manufactured. It's not worth the risk. Avoid this brand

Ich habe nun schon so einige Produkte von choetec gekauft und bin mehr als zufrieden .
Vor allem der problemlose und sehr zuvorkommende Service ist erstklassig .
Da kann sich so manche Firma mal ne Scheibe von abschneiden .
Probleme werden sofort und ohne wenn und aber gelöst . Hilfe erhält man pronto zur Produkt Unterstützung. Ich hatte Erin Xiao als supporter und er hat seine Arbeit klasse gemacht !
Kann ich nur empfehlen !!

After ordering one of their productsoff of amazon it was not very adequate. It was a wireless charger that was supposed to support up to 2 phones. It was very hard to get the 2 phones to connect at the same time even with the cases off. The charger did work very well with only one phone.

After writing a bad review on amazon i was contacted by support and worked with a nice lady to help get me a free replacement product that fit my needs. They asked me what kind of phones i was using or other devices and how many phones would be connected and used that information to set me up with a better product. They are now sending me an even bigger wireless charging base for free.

I must say that their customer support is very good and they do take pride in their products. A company with this kind of dedication to making sure you get a good product is very rare these days. If the new product ends up being good I will make sure to update my review on amazon to reflect that.

Worst after sales service by the company. Purchased few items from their site itself. Had some billing issues and Jane from Choetech was in touch with me and I had to wait for days for a response. After sending few reminders only I would get an answer. Upto this date I've not received a solution.

If you want to buy a Choetech product, best to avoid their site and purchase through Ebay or Amazon.

Bought a floating iPhone case that didn’t float. My iPhone is now at the bottom of the ocean. False advertising. When contacting customer service they gave a bunch of excuses and offered no solutions.

I was bought this as a gift from my partner and was disappointed when the lightning connector came apart from the wire. I contacted Choetech through their email address and explained what had happened. I spoke to Erin who was exceptionally helpful and organised a replacement which was dispatched and received within 24 hours. Although on this occasion the product was faulty, Choetech are a great company who take pride in their products and who have exceptional customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a product from them again. Thank you.

I have dealt with some Chinese companies and we all know there are a lot of dubious ones out there. But this one is refreshingly different and trustworthy, or at least my experience of them is. I wanted a wireless phone charger and after some research I found this company had one that met my needs. I ordered it via Amazon and was very impressed and It works extremely well. I needed some help with ordering a second receiver and was very impressed by the assistance i got (late at night) directly from a lady in China. She did exactly what she had promised and I am very happy to deal with them having no hesitation in recommending them.
