Choq Reviews

Taylor B. was efficient, solved my query to my satisfaction, and communicated well.
Very good customer service at Choq.

Great product and even better customer support.
The levels of focus and energy are amazing, but recovery is another dimension.
I spar with 20 year olds and out work them even tho I go only 2-3 times per week.
I would recommend to anyone who is 35+ and is living active life!
Absolutely no side effects and don't harm your stomach even if you drink it 1st thing in the morning...

The website was easy to navigate, the product arrived as scheduled, and the CHAD Mode is probably the best testing and easily mixable powder product I have ever purchased. It has replaced my morning coffee!

Taylor was extremely kind and patient handling the issues with my account.
She was proactive and did what needed to be to done I really appreciate all her help.

Choq has great communication with their customers I must say. Originally when I got my order I only received 1/5 of my order and was quite disappointed. I reached out and got a response within 24 hours. Lauren S personally emailed me and explained that there was a shortage of products and sent me an updated tracker for the remainder of my order! However when I received the rest of my order, unfortunately I had one item missing. Lauren, yet again, quickly responded and sent me a tracker for my order!

Aaron McLean from red hill where are u hiding stop abandoning ur kids. Ur so evil look at u pathetic little boy… good at less to see ur alive 🤣🤣🤣you should stop having kids mate 3 kids and u abandon all of them . Aaron Lee McLean

Lauren S helped me add another subscription to my existing subscription so I could get all of them in one shipment and not have to pay 2 shipping fees. Her customer service was excellent and was quick with a reply back to my needs. Thank you so much Lauren!

Lauren S. with CHOQ was on top of fulfilling my service request, just mere minutes ago, making sure that my needs were taken care of without delay.
Thanks Lauren!

When the mail carrier had totally messed up my delivery I was frustrated to watch my package sit around and constantly be delayed. Taylor was very helpful and not only helped answer all my questions but also helped to ensure I would get a new delivery as soon as possible. It was a pleasant experience to have someone who goes above and beyond to help represent a company as professionally and sincerely as she did. Thank you very much.

I am so happy to continue doing business with Choq. Had an issue with my order
as I was trying to make some changes. After reaching out to them, I spoke to Taylor B. She was very kind and efficient taking care of my problem. It is customer service like hers that keep me doing business with this company.

It's all too common for a company to shrug their shoulders, say too bad, and simply cancel a subscription to prevent future charges. Choq owned up to a mistake, refunded me and tweaked my subscription the exact way I wanted it on the first try! A great product is great, but excellent customer service puts Choq up in a league of their own. I'm proud to be a customer of theirs.

Great product, high quality, great efficiency!!

After recently submitting a 3 star review regarding my CHOQ subscription I was contacted by Taylor in customer service and was able to clear up a misunderstanding. I have been using CHOQ and have been amazed with the product. Taylor’s tenacious follow up and the support she received from the management team really speaks to the integrity of the CHOQ company and the pride they take in the entire process from their excellent product to customer service. Thank you CHOQ team.

Taylor is fantastic and responds immediately to your concerns.

Taylor B. was quick to reply and very helpful. She was able to help me renew my subscription while keeping my previous discounts.

Great products that work! And moreover, great customer support (shout out to Lauren). The CHOQ team makes it easy.

Needed to make a change in an upcoming order and Taylor is very accommodating and efficient. She's also an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Could not ask for better service. Thank you!

This pre workout, but for me it’s a daily drinker I can’t go my day without. If for working out light or heavy, being active or just wanting that energy and those delicious vitamins ( which are insanely high and I love) I make sure to drink this everyday. I haven’t drank coffee because of this and prefer Chad Mode. It’s really good, works as mentioned. The deep blue color it has feels like an exotic drink. All the other brand shelf’s I had do NOT compare to this. The taste, the way it makes me feel ( good ), no crash, all mental/ physical energy, honestly a big fan of the B3 in here I always feel it working. Very satisfied with me trying this and definitely keeping the subscription going. Anytime I will travel this will be packed with me ready to go! Thank you Choq

Taylor was very quick in responding to my email and taking care of my needs.

Promptness, courtesy, professionalism, effectiveness all were parts of my interaction with Taylor B.
