My orders arrived in a prompt and timely manner and in good condition. The first fan assembly was too small for the pyramid it was going on and I have tried every way available to contact you about a return with absolutely no response either via the message system on the orders or via the sales@ e-mail...would be nice if you listed a phone number to aid in this process. It's like you don't want to be contacted...The products are excellent...the customer service is a 0.00.

Very few places sell German pyramid parts !

I visited Germany last year and wanted so many souvenirs, but couldn’t get everything so I found this website recently and ordered a pyramid and I love it! It was shipped quickly and the quality looks just like the ones I saw in Germany. And they’re made in Germany. Highly recommend.
