Enquiry line not helpful
I phoned the enquiry line for help with their sizings as the bras I ordered were too small and I thought I had ordered my size. The enquiry line told me they do not deal with sizing so instead of doing an exchange I sent the items back.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the bras you ordered were not the right size and that our Customer Services team were unable to assist with your sizing query. We understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when you believed you had ordered your usual size. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will ensure your comments are passed on for review. The quality of Chums clothing is excellent, great fitting and they wash well and keep their size, maybe a tad more expensive than other brands but well worth the extra in my opinion.

A Review of online purchases from 'Chums' - Lined jersey skirts, 'Heatguard Pointelle' thermal short-sleeve vests (female) and a 'Panasonic Micro Hi Fi' Music System.
I ordered online three lined jersey skirts (colours being mink, wine and navy-print), two white 'Heatguard Pointelle' thermal short-sleeved vests and a 'Panasonic Micro Hi Fi' Music System from 'Chums' on 16th July 2026. These ordered items were delivered efficiently to where I live on 18th July 2026.
During the online ordering on 16th July 2026, I was only able to secure 'Free Delivery' of the ordered items via making use of a Discount Code: CHPPFD that the Company had already sent to me. Unfortunately, I had been trying to obtain 15% off the total amount of money requested at the online checkout by trying to activate a Discount Code of: FL155W that the Company had also already sent to me. This specific Discount Code FL155W failed to activate itself during the online checkout transaction. Therefore, the total monies I paid had been higher than I had anticipated earlier that same evening.
I am thoroughly pleased with the three soft lined jersey skirts and the two 'Heatguard Pointelle' thermal short-sleeved vests. The sizing and measurements are generous, especially with the skirts; and therefore the skirts have been comfortable to wear.
The 'Panasonic Micro Hi Fi' Music System had not been difficult to 'set up' after following the instructions in the paper manual enclosed. This particular Music System has already played some of my favourite Compact Disc singers beautifully. I was also able to find a number of FM Radio stations and listen nicely. The sound of the Music System is quite clear.

Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear that your order, including the lined jersey skirts, Heatguard Pointelle thermal vests, and Panasonic Micro Hi Fi Music System, arrived promptly and that you are pleased with the quality of the items.
We are, however, sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced when attempting to use the discount codes we had sent. We understand how disappointing it can be when an expected promotional offer does not apply successfully, especially when this results in paying more than anticipated. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback regarding the discount code experience is valuable.
We look forward to serving you again in the future.

Thank you for your review.
We're sorry to hear that the trainers did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback regarding both the fit and comfort of the product.
Our footwear sizing and fit descriptions are based on the information provided by the manufacturer, but we understand that fit can vary from person to person. We're also sorry to hear that you found the sole uncomfortable and that the internal support structure could be felt while walking.
Your feedback is important to us and will be passed onto our product team for review.
They make their money through your phone calls
Accidentally ordered M&S pyjamas
Tried to cancel order within 30 mins. Given the runaround, told to ring later ‘when it reached the site’. Told they would ring me back. When they didn’t l rang again. Another put off. Finally rang some hours later . It ‘had gone for post , send it back for a refund when it arrives’ we will see if that happens. The 3 calls l made to them cost £20. Premium number.

Slipper sizing & quality.
Bought slippers from them but had to return sizes 10 & 11 now have a size 9. So sizing is very hit and miss.A bit tight on width so not ideal for wide foot but hope they'll give in time. Quality of product only ok. Sole is very hard & thin so not much padding and elastic inserts a bit sharp.
As a company Chums are very reasonable with no quibble free returns and good on delivery. Hope they are successful but need to improve quality control.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the fit of the cargo trousers.
To help achieve the best fit, we would recommend ensuring that the correct waist size has been selected. As cargo trousers are often designed with practical pocket storage in mind, using a belt can also help keep them comfortably in place when pockets are in use.
If there's anything we can assist with regarding sizing or returns, please feel free to contact us.
