After researching their online inventory and long-time positive company reputation, I purchased a vintage original Sound of Music poster from CineMasterpieces and it was promptly shipped the next business day.

I am extremely pleased with the vivid colors and condition of this poster. Their experts evaluated it as “Mint - Near Mint” which I believe is both accurate and representative of the exceptional condition of this rare collectable.

Hunter was great to work with, and I appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism throughout the purchase process.

Dave has refused to ship the posters I ordered and paid for or return my monies. I have tried contacting him via email, text and phone many times since December. I cannot believe this guy is doing this over $700.00. What a thief! I would be very cautious in dealing with this scammer. SHAME!!!
Updated May 5th 2026, An ethical and responsible member of the company, Hunter, contacted me shortly after I left the original review, he worked with me to resolve the situation to my full satisfaction, which he certainly did. Although it took time to resolve for various reasons, it has been a pleasure working with Hunter. Dave needs some lessons in 'Customer Service' and business ethics, my opinion.

If you are looking for quality movie posters, especially if you are looking for original print movie posters, look no further than CineMasterpieces! My parents had an original print poster for a film entitled High Society (1956) and lost the poster to a bad fire. I was searching for a replacement for them, but originals are very hard to come by. If it weren't for CineMasterpieces, I don't think I would have found an original in good condition. Not only is the quality there, but the people who run CineMasterpieces are also extremely friendly! When I inquired about the film poster, I received an email back so quickly, and they were nothing but sweet. Seriously, they are the real deal. My parents were so surprised by the poster when it arrived, and they said it was "better than the one they had." I cannot recommend CineMasterpieces enough. Thank you so much for the poster!

I’ve dealt with Dave Lieberman and Cinemasterpieces for over a decade and consistently found him to be fair, knowledgeable, approachable and genuine. I went to David because from what I had seen, he offered more of the rarest and investment grade movie posters in one venue than I had seen before outside of auction. If I was going to pay premium dollars to get investment grade paper, it needed to pass the test of rareness and condition. The poster I purchased from David was exactly that. His description of the item was accurate so I had no surprises when the item arrived. It was exactly as I expected. I also found that David was open to thinking outside the box to find terms that worked for us both. Overall the transaction was very successful and a pleasure.

Dave at Cinemasterpieces is always great to deal with. Their selection of posters is vast and their description and grading is spot on. Their handling and packing of posters is also done very well. It’s always a pleasure using Cinemasterpieces. Their website allows you to enlarge a high-resolution photo of each movie poster, so you can see any imperfections prior to purchase. In addition, their grading of posters is consistent.

My latest purchase arrived in the UK within 10 business days, and was packaged in a bulletproof PVC tube. The customs declaration form was completed correctly, which allowed it to sail through the process.

I will definitely use Cinemasterpieces in the future, and would recommend them if you are looking for original investment quality paper.

I had a great French subway print of The Wall movie from the '80s. After the years of college, moving, and some serious user error/neglect - it was no longer in "wall" condition. I turned to Cinemasterpieces to help me locate a replacement. I was skeptical at first but they were fantastic with speedy replies, fair prices and overall solid customer service. After spending a fortune to have it framed (the print is massive!), I get to see the print everyday hanging in my office alcove. If you're looking for something unique or want to preserve something special, I would highly recommend giving them a try.
