I can not say enough good things about citizenpath. They helped me with my I864 as self employed. I had a case that i thought was almost impossible and Martha helped me a lot and she made it look so simple. I had a “profesional lawyer” that i paid thousands of dollars. Martha in 50 minutes that she took her time with me she answered all my questions that my Attorney couldn’t, when you hear her speak you can tell that she know her business. From now on i will only use citizenpath for my inmigración cases.

The site is well designed, but at least for the I-130 form, it seems largely unnecessary. The government webpage is just as easy to fill out and lets your submit online. And includes a list of all needed documents.

We are out both out of the country living in Korea. so submitting online is an easier and recommended option for us which we can’t do with the citizen path service.

Not your fault, but we will most likely end up filing online with the government website. Had I know that all the citizen path service does is fill out the same form I already had a copy of, I would not have used it.

Perhaps the live support will be helpful down the line should we need it.

So this is mostly my fault for not fully knowing what the services did, but in hindsight I probably would not have used it, at least for the I-130 process.

I can see how some of the info people enter would be confusing.(can definitely be overwhelming)

And I was not aware that I could still submit online using the copied info and use the live support later and still have the guarantee. So yeah, 5 stars. Thanks guys.

Quick, easy, professional

This was so easy to fill out. It made my life much easier than doing it straight to the form.

Excellent service - less expensive than using a lawyer but just as knowledgeable I'd say. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the forms are straight forward to fill out. Prices compatible, much less than a lawyer.

Citizens path made the paperwork for my fiance and spouse visa so easy. I Was also able to go back and correct mistakes on the forms after initial compleation. Its like turbo tax except its for visas.

CitizenPath provides attentive professional services. Calls are returned promptly as well as emails. Mayra is especially knowledgeable and does not rush you through the process. On another note, I cannot imagine why anyone would seek out an immigration attorney. I cannot say that they are all overwhelmed as I never considered using one, but I have kept up daily with dissatisfied clients. Since you will do the vast majority of work yourselves anyway, why not utilize a CitizenPath to guide you through the process, which, while voluminous, is not overly confusing. I can assure anyone venturing into the immigration process, that between the guidance you will receive from CitizenPath and the USCIS website...YOU CAN CAN DO THIS!!!

Pointers from our personal experience:
-Before starting, gather all of your documents
-Consider that the agent viewing your package does not know you. Make the package neat and easy to follow.
-While a cover letter is recommended, we went one step further and used yellow (or whatever color you prefer) contents sheets for each application. It listed the names of Petitioner and Beneficiary, the name of the Form and each of the supporting documents enclosed.
-Avoid receiving and RFE (Request For Evidence. It will delay any decisions. Therefore, be COMPLETE!!! Submit everything, including your I-693 (Medical Report).
-Your package will be scanned before reviews are started, so avoid paper clips, staples etc. Yours is not the only package received on any given day. If your package is neat on all sides, with no overlapping edges, scanning will be easier for the agent. eg. Picture a ream of new printing paper and how it looks when the protective paper is removed. THIS appears to be a small consideration, but a package that is cumbersome might be set aside to scan later than the neat package.

Our case:
-Married May 29, 2023
-Started gathering documents in February
-CitizenPath was extremely instrumental along the way in answering questions and checking our Form.
-Submitted and received by USCIS on July 6, 2023
-Credit charged on July 7, 2023
-Received notice of receipt of package July 11, 2023
-Received notice of Biometrics appointment July 21, 2023
-Biometrics performed August 11, 2023
-Received approval of I-765 Work Authorization August 14, 2023
-Received EAD (Employment Authorization Document August 24, 2023
-Received approval notice for I-485 and I-130 September 14, 2023
-Received Green Card September 23, 2023
There were a few in between notices that "Active Review" had started, but they were left out as incidental to the process.

Suggestion:
Submit your NEAT, COMPLETE package as soon as possible. The current year, 2023, appears to have the most attention in receiving approvals.

It gives you an understanding of what you need and what to do.
It guide you as you proceed in filling the forms.
It correct or tells you when you input wrong information, by not allowing you to go further.
