CitizenPath makes it easier and more affordable to prepare U.S. immigration applications with confidence. Our online service, designed by immigration attorneys, guides you through each question step by step, checks for common mistakes and missing information, and helps you prepare official USCIS forms that are ready to print, sign, and file. Each filing package includes personalized instructions, a tailored checklist of supporting documents, and helpful examples or sample documents when applicable. Customers also have access to knowledgeable support if questions come up along the way. CitizenPath supports many of the most common immigration needs, including green card applications, U.S. citizenship, work permits, travel documents, family petitions, removal of conditions, and replacement or renewal of immigration documents. Our goal is to simplify a complicated process, reduce avoidable errors, and help individuals and families submit well-prepared applications without the high cost of traditional legal services. CitizenPath is a private company and is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. We provide self-directed immigration document preparation services, not legal advice. If an error by CitizenPath causes USCIS to deny your application, our guarantee may reimburse your CitizenPath fee and eligible government filing fees up to $2,500, subject to the full guarantee terms.

Thanks! Some people don't realize our service goes beyond preparing the form correctly. You get custom filing instructions that provide easy-to-follow checklist of supporting documents to submit with the application.
It could have not been any easier
This website made the process so easy to follow. It is basically following basic instructions, and just printing the forms and gather all the documents needed for the application.

A real tool in a complicated area
Using the Citizen Path software allows one to complete the form over time as one gathers the information needed. It also provides an one with a continous review by the sofware that ensures that the final completed form will not be rejected because of technical issues. The guarantee given by Citizen path ensures that the process will be dealt with by the authorities in a smooth manner without having to make corrections. This has been my experience in my recent N400 application which was processed in 4 months.

Form I-751
I initially filled out the I-751 form on my own. After reading the instructions several times, I wasn't sure if I needed to complete all boxes. I decided to play it safe and fill the form out using CitizenPath. I am so glad I did. The form I filled out on my own was not accurate. It was easy to use and much less expensive than our immigration lawyer.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Unfortunately USCIS designs many of these forms will sections which are deceiving. They don't mean to trick people. But people do answer with incorrect information if not guided with the proper instructions.
Essentially all they did was fill in the form for you. A waste of money
Not worth the money. All they did was fill out the form for you. The cover letter was helpful. They did not bother to respond to some questions i had( this is promised with the paid forms)

Only US phone numbers?
Needed phone number for person immigrating, somehow UI only allows for US phone numbers, for the person that likely doesn't have a US phone number, I had to get a secondary program just to edit the finished PDF file

Sorry for your frustration, but you are dealing with a USCIS limitation, not a CitizenPath design flaw. The government purposely limits this field to 10-digits. (Check the PDF yourself at www.uscis.gov/i-864) For customers that are not comfortable with this, we do override it manually. But it doesn't look like you ever emailed us for support. You paid for a our service. Please take advantage of the expert support that comes with it. We could have saved you some time and frustration.
