Amazing customer service and definitely went the extra mile. Had a 2nd year service and booked a hire car. Had a Ceed and was talking to Garry about the electric range and he kindly let me have the new EV5 for the day. When I went back to collect the car, I had my 2 sons with me and was in the waiting room, and they kindly printed off Spider-Man pictures (boys love him!) and gave them pens to colour in. Safe to say they were very happy. It was tipping it down and with my hands full and not sure how I would be able to move the car seats, one of the guys helped me and was so kind enough to hold an umbrella over me and my sons. Cannot fault them and they definitely went the extra mile, and I am so very grateful. Thank you so much

Easy booking system and good report on servicing my car. Was treated and looked after well by all members of staff .

An extremely friendly and helpful check-in lady who handled my queries on the service work and an additional item request in the most efficient way. Plenty of seating and refreshments available while I waited for the service to be undertaken. Marc the account handler was also extremely friendly when talking through the work undertaken and the cost. An enjoyable morning at Citygate

There’s one reason I keep coming back to Citygate Ruislip and that is Chase Thomson from the service team! I’ve been to West London and Slough city gate and been let down. Ever since I first step foot in the Ruislip branch I’ve always been taken care of by Chase, her honesty and professionalism cannot be matched. Always putting the customer first and delivering every single time! She’s an asset to the branch and company!

Brought my XCeed here for a service, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Only slight downside was at my previous City gate in Bushey they used to give the car a complimentary clean.
However the service was 5 star so happy overall.

Very good Kia dealership and service centre in Watford, they honour the 7 year Kia warranty unlike some Chinese brands. Very helpful staff. I had shortlisted four cars including Tesla as a new car replacement but the brilliant way I have been treated by this dealership over last couple of years made me decide to go for a brand new Kia.
