I received an email.confirming an order that I didn't place. When I questioned it they kept sending the same tracking email, which had no information about the order! I didn't recognize the company name. I remember looking at a brush online somewhere, but didn't order it. They said I ordered it on June 2. I don't see proof of the order & they better not have any access to my bank!

It's been weeks. Still no package. False updates and excuses when I try to ask about my package. No phone number. No real way to get a valid tracking number.
Horrible customer service if any at all.
I wish I would have investigated this before I ordered
Scam! Scam! Scam! I honestly don't know how these people aren't brought down already. Does anyone know the way to go about reporting them to BBB OR GOV officials for fraud?
Anyway good luck and let's just hope no one else gets taken!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Do NOT order from this company! I ordered a number of items at the end of 2023, the money came out of my bank account straight away and I’ve never received anything! I’ve emailed and the email comes back as undelivered!

I ordered 3 bras in September 2023. Now in January 2024 and still have not received them. I have sent them so many emails, all they say is “your order is on the way”. Have asked for a refund and no refund has been given.

I’m fuming! Avoid at all cost.

THEY ARE SCAM

Do not make a purchase via this company, I paid £30 for an item in september 2023 and still waiting for it in January 2024! They keep
telling me it’s on its at and not to worry. i have been asking for a refund for weeks which has just been ignored - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - TOTAL SCAM !

Bras looked good on fb they took to long to come and didnt fit keep trying to return them and they dont even reply to my emails, would never order another thing from them, robbing people for crap products

Bought three bras from a Facebook ad. Big mistake. They took three months to arrive, and when they did they didn't fit and offer any support. Contacted the company to arrange a refund and they want photos before they can resolve the problem. They don't seem to understand how inappropriate that is. They have then offered $4.50 compensation but still no info on how to do a refund without photos!!! Do not buy from this company.

I ordered some bras through Facebook and when they arrived they looked good but when I tried them on there was zero support and they were far too big and stretchy. I contacted the company asking for a refund snd they offered my £4 and said to keep the items as the shipping would be expensive. The packaging has a UK address so I have asked again for a full refund and will be looking on companies house fir this address.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from this company.

This company is FRAUD!!!! They just steal your money!!! They promise to ship in 3 days. They promise you refunds if you cancel before goods are shipped. I’ve been fobbed off continuously for 3 months!!!! Can’t get my refund and have no goods. It’s damn right theft! Wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing.

I can't give zero stars, but would if I could. Absolutely echoing everyone else who has bought from this company - I received my bra, but totally the wrong size (doesn't even fit my 14year old...) and no answer when trying to return. Gutted I've been taken in like so many others, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Disgusting company - cheap, shoddy product that arrived 2 months late, even after I cancelled the order twice.
Returned it to the address on label - there was no other paperwork & now they won't refund me as say it went back to wrong place. They obviously know it's been returned!

SCAM - same as everyone else on here pulled in by the Facebook advert, which if you look now their page will only show hundreds of angry faces all comments removed. Paid 2 months ago for Bra still not received, paid postage then vat added which was not on the invoice. Hope trading standards catch up with these “people”

I ordered the 3 pack of bras in early september after seeing the Ad on Facebook.
Reviews I read on there all seemed to be positive so I went ahead and sent the order for 4XL (bigger than i would need to allow for them being Chinese made)
After countless emails and robotic replies I then requested a refund as I had been waiting so long for the bras to arrive I had been out and bought some soft cups one from Primark.
No response to my requests just an 'untrackable tracking number'
My polite requests then turned to a demand for immediate response..i again only received a Robotic reply.
Then Hallelujah..Yesterday 11th Nov the package finally arrived
Opened it and was quite impressed by the lovely colours of my ordered bras. Material was soft too so I was quite happy......
Until I tried one on.
OMG..4XL Really? The cup was so small that it only barely covered my n...les! No coverage for breast or side of it at all and definitely no support at all.
Absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made.
And to my surprise (🤣🤣🤣🤣) Not! There is no way of returning for a refund even if I could actually get a human response from them by email.
I have put into a charity donation bag now...!

Just an update to say I’ve finally received my parcel after getting PayPal involved and a 2 months wait. Items are ok.

Just got stung on the wonder bra facebook ad. Paid money, £22. Received 3 bras that were hopeless. Tried to return. Website and support address doesn't exist. Do not go here people! Thought I was smarter than this scam.
Lesson learned and at least not more money lost.

Do not order anything from them

Possibly THE worst company I have ever bought from. The items don't fit and are totally different sizes even though they are the same item and the same size. I have tried to email them a number of times and contact them through their website and it would appear they don't exist.
I would advise anyone to never buy from them. Rip off merchants

DO BOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I have placed and order at the start of September, they over charged me but did get a refund of the difference this is now the 9 Nov and haven’t received any goods, have Contacted them on many occasions and they said can’t cancel order as it’s on its way, they even gave me a shipping number which is not even recognised, so I wonder if I will even get the goods !!!!!

I asked to return the bra's after waiting about a month for them to arrive, they didn't fit and they gave me an address in China even though their company address is in Wales. This is on their website -
