We've used Clare Florist as our go-to for flowers for years and have always had great flowers and service.
However, we ordered flowers for our daughters graduation and specifically wanted sunflowers and no Lillie's. When the flowers arrived (on time) there was only 1 sunflower and several lillies. Very disappointing.
We have tried to contact Clares via telephone and email multiple times over the last 2 weeks but so far have not had a response.

Very disappointed. Lovely bouquet arrived in the afternoon. I followed their instructions, next morning a droopy bouquet. I have tried to ring and email the company, no response. I am cross as my dear friend who sent me the flowers waisted her money.

Friends sent me flowers as struggling with COVID. Flowers arrived on Monday,one rose had no petals left. This is day three and all roses and freesia are only fit for the bin.

Stunning & beautiful blooms - which died a day later - but were sadly delivered to the wrong address. If the homeowners where they were left hadn't been honest & kindly re-delivered the flowers to the correct address, as listed clearly on the flower parcel, we wouldn't have received them.
I did try & let the Company know, but they were not interested.

Had flowers delivered on Saturday. They were in a really sorry state. They redelivered more today which are worse than the first lot. Have tried contacting by phone and email which I have had no response. Have sent emails for them to contact me by phone. No response as yet. Will be contacting the ceo and sending directors a letter

Flowers were delivered after some mis-handling in transit by DPD. Clare's was very keen to sort the problem out to my satisfaction. Overall I was happy with the outcome.

received a bunch of flowers today . I was disappointed in the choice of blooms . They seemed to be a random selection that did not work as a whole . No attempt at colour co-ordination .

We was sent these flowers by my sister for our 50th anniversary lovely yellow roses.
but did everything it said and put in a vase the next morning we got up and half the roses were looking well droopy and sad so was really dissappointed we had too throw them away thoughtt they would last longer than a day.

Emailed them about terrible flowers. Never got any reply.

I received a delivery today from a friend after our dog passed away 2 days ago. Although most of the bouquet was beautiful, it was such a shame that the one of the rose buds had brown petals and mouldy, several leaves on the foliage were half munched and a 2 of the freesias were damaged and squashed. Felt sorry for my friend who had taken the time and money to do such a thoughtful thing, I know she would be disappointed if she knew, I haven't the heart to tell her.
I received a replacement bouquet, and this time the flowers looked so much fresher, thank you

Our family has used this florist for years. Clare did the flowers for my fathers funeral and my daughter pressed some for me in a frame. They were so beautiful and special. I live in the US and I trust Clare to send my mum beautiful flowers for any and all occasions. She has never let me down. Her communication is excellent. The flowers are perfect and my mum is always thrilled. Thank you Clare helping me make special days perfect and sad one’s a little brighter.

Been using Clare Florist 3 times now and the feedback from who I’ve sent them to has been really good so I will be continuing with Clare also the delivery is really good with the company giving you a photo of when it’s been delivered.

This is a brilliant place to shop for flowers although I had a slight problem which was dealt with in a fast and satisfactory way.
I much appreciated how good this shop had been and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

I have used Clare Florist for years now to easily send flowers back home in the U.K. I currently live in Texas, but their website makes it a straightforward process to order flowers for delivery. Always reliable, and if something does happen that causes a delay, they are quick to make things right.

Sent flowers from Canada. Delivered on time. It could not have been easier. Flowers were excellent quality

I was sent some flowers as a birthday gift and the roses had died within 48 hours (I had put them in a vase as soon as delivered and followed all instructions provided). I’ve emailed on several occasions to discuss and received no response. I’ve also tried calling the company contact number (no response only voicemail). I’m really disappointed with the lack of customer service as well as naturally the quality of product received. It would be appreciated if someone would take the time to discuss this feedback please.

Initial delivery of the flowers was quick, however once arrived, The Germini and the Roses within my Cottage Flower bouquet did die within 2-3 days when the Lillies were till in their pods meaning I've got half a dead bouquet

High quality flowers delivered on time which the recipient really liked. Have ordered multiple times and recipients always been happy.
