I recently ordered a full set of Taylormade irons a driver and rescue at a bargain price but I was very impressed with the speedy delivery and how accommodating they were when I called up to ask a few questions. I will 100% be ordering from Clarks Golf again absolute stella customer service and super quick delivery.

I unfortunately purchased some incorrect irons and only realised after 2 rounds, I got in contact with Kelly from Clarkes and her customer service was exemploary. Kelly fully refunded me on my set of irons and sorted out a credit voucher for the total value of what I originally planned. I will always purchase any future golf gear from Clarkes. I honestly can't recommend Clarkes enough. Kelly is a credit to the business.

I recently ordered the new callaway elytes a month before release date, the date of release went passed by nearly 2 weeks and still no new clubs, they were being custom fit so I gave them the benefit of the dought. After a conversation and the phone they said they will be with me on a certain day so I booked the day off work to recieve them. They turned up only to be left handed clubs after I ordered right handed clubs. I then spoke to them again which they apologised and yes we all make mistakes but they told me they copied and pasted my order and send them to callaway and that the picture that was sent was a left handed club which is a massive lie as when I found my order the picture was actually a right handed club. Anyway I then waited another week for them to turn up which they did and this time they were right. But I booked 2 rounds of golf which I lost out on as I sold my other clubs and a day's wage and all they offered was a £60 voucher which to me and a few people I've told is a poor show as even the 2 rounds cost me more than £60. This is the 2nd set of clubs I brought from them in 2 years but after being lied to and only offered £60 I won't use them again.

Wouldn’t use again online. Paid £4 for delivery. Garment was poor quality so I returned the very small parcel and had an another £4 deducted from refund. Not reasonable in my opinion.

What can I say
The staff and food are excellent
The atmosphere is always welcoming
It would be nice to see some golf on the tv rather than daytime tv

Purchased a jacket from this company and needed a quick, urgent replacement owing to an issue. Clarke's were absolutely brilliant in their response and the way things were handled, ensuring another jacket was sent without delay.

It's extremely rare to find such excellent, professional customer service.

Thank you Clarkes golf. I ordered a stand bag but when it arrived I didn’t like it. No problem sending it back and I chose a different bag which I love. Delivery was on time and customer service excellent. Big thank you to James for sorting it out for me. Much appreciated. I would definitely use Clarkes Golf again.

Called into Clarkes Golf Outlet at the Formby Golf Centre regarding buying a new set of irons.
The gent who helped me (Dean) was very helpful and patient we had a look at several brands and I was allowed to try some clubs that we felt would suit my needs.
I eventually chose a set of lightly used Taylor Made Stealth Irons with a graphite shaft, they were very good value and the condition of the clubs were excellent.
Thanks to Dean and his colleagues for all the help and advice, despite the travel distance required I shall be sure to visit them again when I next require golf equipment.
Driving range was also excellent high quality mats and spacious bays to practice from

Again, only one star because I can’t leave zero. I took the trouble to leave you a review and you have left a reply, obviously for would be purchasers to see, claiming to have offered great customer service. Any option you offered me completely missed my expectation of a delivery on time, indeed within the time frame you specified. You also completely forgot to address your heavily veiled ‘free delivery’ claim. Nothing has changed, your service is utter rubbish and no amount of counter response will ever change that. Buy somewhere else fellow golfers, or be disappointed.

Spent a good amount with these guys this week and couldn't have been a smoother process. Initially I thought it may have been a day late due to DPD not updating that they'd picked up the clubs but a quick message, which was responded to in minutes confirmed, all was ok. Unbelievable customer service.

I had a great experience with Clarkes' Golf! Couldn't fault them for anything! To be honest though I wasn't a 100% sure on buying from them as before I actually done my order, I didn't really know/heard about them. But from checking reviews I went and placed my order and couldn't be happier! I ordered a custom Scotty Cameron Super Select Newport 2.5+ (with a custom matador grip) and I got a better price on Clarkes' Golf than any other online store as you get a discount as soon as you make an account with them. So the order took about 3 weeks to come and I'm over the moon with it, plus I got a free Titleist Cap with my order! Altogether it should have cost me £440 but got it all for £417. Keep up the good work CG!

Out of this world customer service. I wanted a bag they didn't have in stock/had sold out of, so they sourced it for me, got it into their store, and shipped it to me - and all in just a few days. All 3 emails I sent them were responded to almost immediately, and during a time when black Monday was going crazy. I really cannot see how they could be any better, so highly recommend.
