Delivery fast, have used classic candle wax pots very good, so I bought the lava rock diffuser, fantastic and I have recommended it to 2 of my friends and will be buying more for presents.
I've bought Classic Candles for years now and 100% recommend them. Their many varied fragrances are lovely, far more pleasant than the heavy, overpowering ones you get with the High Street offerings.... Toon meer

Thank you, we just hope that our customers recycle all the cardboard we use to make sure your order arrives in one piece, and much of it is the recycled cardboard from our deliveries, one of our little eco challenges we are trying to meet. Don’t throw it away if it can be reused.
Excellent candles with beautiful scents

Long lasting melts
Long lasting melts ! I used half a mini pot instead of it all in my electric burner and after 10hrs I'm still using it, the lemon sherbet isn't overpowering like some companies are & only last 6-8hrs. I also suggested on their fb page to have a a-z listing on website, had a lovely hand written note with my first order to say they had taken my suggestion and added to the website, the personal touch is rare these days and now swapped from my usual company to CCC 🤩 highly recommended

The fragrances of the freebies are very disappointing, the only one with the Cinnamon Gingerbread theme is the best because it has a strong scent. The others are very weak and barely worth melting. I don't believe they are as good as Yankee Candle.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the free wax melts you received as part of our milestone celebration. We strive to provide a wide variety of fragrances to suit different preferences, but we understand that scent strength can be a very personal experience.
Your comments about the fragrance intensity are important to us, and we’ll take them on board as we continue to refine our products. If you'd like to explore some of our other scents, we'd be happy to recommend some of our stronger fragrances that might be more to your liking. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Thank you again for your feedback, and for being part of our Classic Candle journey! 🙂
