Better Life Reviews

I would like to order a gallon for $30 or less with specials. I don’t appreciate the big company like this being out of dish soap in large sizes 🤨🤔and to me $9 dollars for the small size is just too much. So that’s why I’m not giving you five stars. I would give you five stars if I could always get the small sizes for five dollars or always be able to get a gallon size for special.

I bought what was supposed to be a brand new Siemens dishwasher but what arrived was used, dirty and full of water droplets. Delivery team refused to take it back, telling me it is brand new. Called customer service who didn’t care to assist.

Easy to order, and they had all the products I needed!

I placed my initial order on 12/11. After a week with not receiving a shipping confirmation, I followed up and was told that there was an error in fulfilling my order and they would expedite a new one. I just reached out and was told it was now out of stock. This is nearly 2 weeks since I originally placed my order. I only received communication when I reached out and there has been no offer to send a smaller sized as a replacement as I wait for the refill size to ship in January. I also think it is crazy that to be added to the waitlist you would have to keep my funds as how do I know it will actually ship in January. I love your products but will likely wait to order through Amazon as this is too much of a hassle.

My experience with Better Life products has been excellent overall. I've always been sensitive to chemicals & have used "natural" ingredient cleaners and products for many years. I now trust Better Life to provide products that work without the high price tag or fragrance!

We have very hard water the Tub and Tile cleaner works great on the glass shower doors.

I have been using these products since the first time I ever saw them on shark tank. They are some of the best products I have ever used.

I love these products. I've been using them for years. They really get things clean.

Items were easy to find. It was easy to check out.

These products work well, disinfect, smell good, and safe for all of my family including our pets and grandchild. I highly recommend!

Love the products and couldn’t pass up the discount

Natural and Effective!
I tried this for pet odors and now I use it for any odors that are hard to get out, pet smells, must, mold. It has a pleasant scent and gets rid of the pleasant ones.
Customer service has been great too!

Repeat customer for years. Love your products and knowing they are made with natural ingredients.

Have been using Better Life products for some time. Love that they are safe for children and pets while doing an excellent job of cleaning and protecting our environment. Also, the scents are pretty great.

Great soap, that is good for us and the environment.

I love this dish soap and the bottles it comes in. Yup, that sentence ended with w preposition.

So simple to purchase the best odor eliminator I’ve found. Plus it really works great on stains. I was using it for my dogs bedding. It smells really nice but takes away the doggie smell. When I ran out of my usual stain remover I tried it and it worked very well.

Representative was very helpful.

I love the products, especially the multipurpose cleaner and the glass cleaner. I appreciate a % off so I can purchase these items. Thanks for providing quality products.

They were out of nearly all the 1 gallon products I wanted to purchase. When you have a big sale, you should have all products available for the sale. Out of the six products I wanted to purchase in gallon size jugs, only one was available.
