complete criminals, advertise false prices then rip you off with direct selling, so 1980s.
the so called sales manager David is a crook, gave me a monthly price then took £288 out of my account without my knowledge, i cancelled when i checked my bank the day after.
I am still waiting for my refund nearly 2 weeks later.
They are slow at returning emails.
I advise anyone not to do business with these cowboys.
there are cheaper better companies out there who say what they advertise.

Excellent customer service, their communication is crystal clear, it’s a must go company if you want a business virtual landline number linking up to your mobile. 100% recommended. I’ve dealt with other companies before - I can say Cleartone is absolutely brilliant.

Well so far I've had nothing but good experiences with Cleartone, and today was no exception. Wait, let me rephrase that. Today was an exception, in that the person I dealt with on the phone (Marcial) was a consummate gentleman.

I called regarding a problem and Marcial took an inordinate amount of time to help sort it for me. He considerately stayed on the line and talked me through what I needed to do, resulting in my problem being solved, and him offering a few more suggestions to help me along my way. It wasn't like an upsell, and didn't feel disingenuous, it was just smooth sailing, the kind of customer service you don't often see these days.

We at Calvic Enterprises Ltd, have been customers of Clear tone Communications Ltd for a number of years now. I can say that we have always had excellent service.
I can confirm, that on one occasion I called clear tone office, this was late to change contact numbers, as I was going abroad which was unplanned and I did not have time to do this myself. This was done for me at once as I was at the Air port and all of my request was met, which meant that my trip was a stress free one.
I can call my accounts manager at any time, they are always there to answer any queries that I may have. I have always find the staff very helpful and will go the extra mile to help and support us.

The service was excellent from Nana. Well spoken and understands great customer service.
