Great experience with Cleartone…
Great experience with Cleartone Communications Ltd. I have found that their sales and customer service is vibrant and helpful. The main feature that I wanted was the useful 'Call Whisper' feature and this is clear in quality and I like that it can be tailored, so I'm pleased.

Four stars, could have been five.
My phone call from the staff member was courteous and I received the information and service I required.
However, there was degree of attempted upselling which was unnecessary and is why I do not give this company 5 stars.

Trying to quadruple the cost to renew!!!
Terrible service I had my business number for a year, once it ran out I contacted them to re new and was told ( it’s my lucky day ) as number was still available but now the price was four times the amount from the previous year!!!! Absolute disgraceful way to treat a existing customer! Extremely poor service

Break the law
They have no idea of their legal responsibilities NOT to call companies on the telephone preference service list. Supposedly they buy cleasened lists, clearly not, and when you give a bad review they call you a keyboard warrior! They lie in their calls, I wish to speak to x I have already been talking to him, apparently think staff will not check!

Lastly Cleartone have never purchased any lists - cleansed or otherwise . We as a business ONLY deal with incoming enquiries or fulfil orders for 3rd party partners, so I am not sure where that confusion came from.
