They were easy to find and kept me updated on every part of this journey and it took less stress of me wonderful company

I am disappointed of their services. They ruined all my plans. They were very polite and quick till the agreement in principle. Then I payed first part of their fee. After that they were not so efective. I was staying 2 months in a process of underwriting and at the beginning of 3d month I understood that the house, which I am intending to buy was not attractive enough for the lender. I think that they are protecting the creditor’s interests not mine. Their practice is to take the initial payment which is not refundable and after that no actions no correspondence. Absolutely unreliable.

Professional and very helpful staff from the Mortgage Advisor who found me a deal that was good for me in various ways to the Admin team who kept me updated throughout. It was my first time working with CM and has been a pleasure doing so. I will work with them again in the future. There was a slight issue that had been missed for a while on my case but this was not CM fault, it was more from the other end. I certainly recommend Clever Mortgages for your mortgage needs.

Keep ringing me every single day not taking the hint that I am busy and cannot chat on the telephone at a whim. Voicemails sound like they're based in a call centre too.

Would absolutely recommend Clever Mortgages to anyone! We had poor credit (default, late payments) and still managed to get a great rate at a high street bank! Sarah was absolutely amazing. We were originally with someone else and just knew something wasn’t right, so we spoke to the admin girls and they got us switched over to Sarah and everything just fell into place. Pro-active, responsive and well-informed on products. MIne was not a straightforward transaction with my initial purchase falling through and my opting to then purchase through the auction route. Rates were changing quickly when I first made contact, and the team worked hard to make sure my application was submitted in time to secure the best deal. When I then had to request a new deal many months later, the team worked with the lender to ensure that I stayed on the same rates for my new purchase, which had doubled by this point!, and to get me through in a very short timescale with it being an auction property - thank you!

Exceptional customer service, constantly kept up to date, polite courteous, friendly but professional staff. Very good at chasing the banks solicitors (Opima Legal) who were appalling. I would recommend Clever Mortgages to anyone who is looking for a mortgage and won't hesitate to use them again.

I approached Clever mortgages as I had come out of a very difficult relationship. I didn't think, that at 59 years old, that I would be considered for a mortgage due to my past credit and the difficult times that came about.
My application was quite a simple process and the staff took away the dismay and negativity that I had built up.
My mortgage adviser, Sarah, was very professional in her approach and she dealt with the whole process in a timely manner. After several weeks I knew that I was on the way to getting my mortgage and with a house viewed I was well on my way.
