I found the company very easy to deal with. The people I spoke to from the very beginning were professional , caring , understanding and helpful. My application was a long process due to collecting required evidence from my employer but the people I spoke to were helpful and professional at all times. I have had a fabulous experience dealing with this company who treat you as an individual rather than an applicant .

Mainly very good apart from one of the staff who came across rude. But overall very happy from start to finish. I believe it's Vikki who mainly delbt with us which was fantastic, very polite and handled us brilliantly. Very happy apart from that one rude member of staff but there's always one I guess. Tried clever mortgages after other brokers said we could not afford a remortgage, even with issues with the house Sarah, Beth, vikki and Gemma managed to get us a remortgage all completed in about 10 weeks still can't actually bielive it thank you so much clever mortgages you are amazing

From start to finish these people could not do enough to help me. It was my first mortgage and I wasn’t sure what I was doing. As from day one they helped me with every form and every for a bit of information I needed to give them. I found them very pleasant. I’m very easy to talk to. They explained everything I needed to know and very very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a mortgage. Christie, Simone, Beth, Gemma and everyone else I spoke to were all very helpful, clear and informative. They continuously worked to get me the best mortgage rate and saw me from application right through to completion and even called to say congratulations. Nothing was too much and when additional surveys were needed they kept me up to date and informed. They chased the lender, solicitor and made it as easy as possible for me. I’d give more stars if I could.

We are first time home buyers and approached Abby with no clue as to what we could borrow or how to go about anything.
Abby took our information and sorted everything for us - no question was too large.
Within a day of messaging our information over to Abby we fell in love with our home and really added the pressure as we wanted to offer - within 24 hours we had a MIP.
I have to be honest I was ridiculously worried as our spending can be somewhat questionable and we’d just been on a holiday of a lifetime!
All our troubles were listened to and understood.
