This company provides absolutely no guarantees that they will actually deliver the service they are offering. To be clear: no guarantees at all.
The communication with the manager was very strange. When I asked for guarantees that their model would actually work, I was offered a different, non-exclusive model. After I agreed to learn more about that option, I was then told that they do not work that way, which already seemed very odd.
Later, just a message or two after that, I was again offered some unclear non-exclusive model. But then in the next email, they backtracked again and said there is only one model available: I would hand over all brand negotiation communication to them, and in return I would receive nothing more than their word that they would work on my behalf.
They also stated that it may take 2–3 months before receiving any brand promotion at all, meaning there could be no collaborations during that time.
In short, the whole communication felt inconsistent, confusing, and unprofessional.
