This level of outbound filtering reflects an overly paranoid security posture that renders the service impractical for any real server use.

- buggy containers
- turtle speed support

Do not be surprised if their service is down at some point and you are unable to access some of the resources you paid for.
Intentionally or not, they sometimes are either unresponsive or too slow to reply when contacting them about critical issues.
We would definitely not recommend this provider for production level services.

I do not suggest this hosting for Odoo. My developer wasn't able to use this service as the ability to connect to their servers are limited.
After communication and explanation they refused to give a refund.

Use for test and development project only, never use it for production, they will disappoint you big time. All my servers and database where down for hours. Lost client and almost got sued by clients

Since Few Months they have improve their customer support and technical support much better. Our Ecommerce site is hosted with them and since 3 years and we are satisfied by their services.

La experiencia fue satisfactoria y aconsejé a mi empresa alojar un servidor Odoo de producción, durante tres meses sin ningún problema. El soporte fue correcto y los plazos excelentes.

Hola, lo tengo usando en producción ya 3 o 4 meses y sin problemas, el servicio es estable. En un inicio tenia temor por los comentarios, pero mi experiencia personal es de 5 estrellas, el soporte me respondieron rápido para terminar de instarla mi erp.

The worst support service,they don't even read your tickets. My DB down for 3 days now and I haven't got a personal response on this issue.

Run away to a different provider .
No support whatsoever once they charged your cc , I do not have access to my database for 4 days already and not only they don’t respond to emails and support tickets but they completely ignore you

Poor support and slow response. It can take up to 6 hours without a response with your servers down. It is an expensive service and it is not stable, with a slow response and poor contact management.

I found this service for my Odoo application test. In the meanwhile I had some technical problems they where not able to solve.

Another service provider offered me a kind help and solution freely. So I used this to solve the problem Cloud Cluster caused me.

The second month they made me pay 3 times instead of 1 for the hosting service. I asked a refund, but they say I had paid just one time! Wich was not true!

On insisting and showing the bills, they had to admit I was right, but they admitted just 2 of of this payments was arrived to them! I'm not happy about but I gave them a new opportunity.
At the end of the game they didn't refund me and promised to give me the February month as a prepaid service.

On February they again took 3 payments instead of one! And again proposed to give the next month for free!

I do not like this way of behaving they have! If you are looking for a cloud hosting consider going elsewhere!
