As they are local called into their showroom to make contact. Their salesman Rob visited our home and took details of what we wanted, no hard sell, just professional sales. Rang us up later with a quote which was less than we expected so upped insulation value to triple glazing.
Elaine rang and arranged detail survey by John and Garth a few days later. This was carried out again professionally by them and it was again them who carried out the installation. Their attitude ability and care was absolutely excellent. We are both pensioners, so the lack of mess, no clearing up and consideration were very important. The installation took 3 days and looks great. Our house is natural stone walls with semi dormers on the first floor. So not the easiest fitting.
The result is quietness (we live on a village main road) and noticeable heat retention (much warmer, against the 30 year old upvc repaced windows)
Yes we are very pleased and would recommend CN to anyone.

Used in the past for replacing windows and rear doors with UPVC, and now have replaced the front door. All work completed to a high standard by Dean and Lewis with no damage to surrounding walls and were quick and efficient in their work. Transparent and communicative when generating the quote and for update on work timelines.
