Yuki is the best she answered all my questions and enquires straight away and kept me informed with every little update about my package no matter the time or day!! This company should be lucky to have Yuki working with them and definitely need to give her a big pay rise for everything she does!! If your thinking of ordering from this website , then read this, as this is the confirmation that you need as I'm from Perth, and have ordered three times now and all have been delivered to my door!

Straight away after my order I contacted them to check on my order and they replied pretty quickly each time to help me with my questions and to let me know how to track my parcel from overseas to Australia. They said if product doesn't show up then I will get a refund so I thought , why not give them a go, and I'm super happy I did.

The prices are amazing and worth the wait when they do turn up, each time they have taken about 3 to 4 weeks to show up to my door, it's not the quickest I must admit but when they did show up It was well worth the wait, and I placed a few more orders instantly.

Out of the three orders , I've had a few that have showed up being 2% when I ordered 5% and the contact support have instantly refunded those products and not asked for a return which I am thrilled with as thats exactly how customer service should be!

I'm onto my 5th order now and will be using them for every order now. Thanks heaps legends! Keep up the great work!

These guys are great, communication through Whatsapp and Yuki has been amazing to deal with. Yes delivery time is a little bit long, but getting these products into Australia is challenging. Have placed and received 2 orders already, 3rd order is on its way. Everything I have ordered has turned up. Will definitely keep supporting them.
